One queen size bed and two single mahogany beds in a big bedroom. New mattresses and linen. This is a private house, on a lovely block of land on a beautiful tree lined street. It is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. THE HOUSE *Ideal size for a family of 4, or a small group of friends *Private Home *Off street parking *2 generous bedrooms. *Separate kitchen, dining and living rooms *Tasmanian Oak, polished floor boards *Solid, double brick walls *Art-deco decorated high ceilings *Comfortably furnished throughout *Convenient and easy access to the city, major venues and sporting facilities Queen size bed with quality mattress and linen in master bedroom. This bedroom adjoins the living room and becomes a fully private space by closing the sliding non-see through glass doors. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single antique Mahogany beds with new mattresses. This room is large, private and quiet. The kitchen has everything you need to cover all your cooking needs. All plates, cutlery, utensils etc. are practical and tasteful. All electric appliances are in great condition and easy to use. There is a gas BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals in the big back yard. All linen including bath and beach towels are provided. Extra futons and pillows are included to create the comfort you like. Completely set up with extras including a clothes dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board etc. Convenient public transport. Various bus routes can take you to the city (10km), Glenelg (6 km), West Lakes (4 km), and Harbour Town outlet shopping plaza (4km). Hoping that the dates you would like to stay are still available. 65 North Street is a cozy little place in a lovely suburb.. 5 minutes walk to white, sandy beaches, 5 minutes walk to the shops. Very peaceful and quiet for that relaxing getaway or in our case, a nice pit stop before finding somewhere more...More
