55 Davey is one of Hobart's original landmark Georgian homes. Originally built in the 1850's, it has had a funky conversion into two separate fully furnished townhouses. Guests will enjoy all the conveniences of modern living.

Each Townhouse contains the same 3 bedrooms of accommodation, so each separate Townhouse can accommodate up to 7 guests, meaning the whole house can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Each Townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is no inter-connecting door because they are on different levels of the house.

Super close to Salamanca and the city. Charming art deco townhouse, ideal for three couples or a family. Has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer and a lovely kitchen. Would definitely go back.
