BATHROOM: This apartment has 1 full bathroom including a rainfall shower with strong water pressure, toilet, basin, all equipped with organic toiletries and laundry facilities. LIVING ROOM: Comfy leather sofa (converts to a double sofa bed) with lots of natural light from the large windows and a large flat screen TV, perfect for enjoying movies and relaxing after a day of taking in the sights. KITCHEN: Modern and stocked with cooking condiments, stainless steel appliances (oven/ gas stove, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, microwave, fridge and dish washer. The kitchen counter can seat up to 3 people, perfect for those home cooked meals! LAUNDRY: Shared coin operated laundry facilities with washer and dryer. Laundry can be accessed on the same level as the apartment, just go to the door on the left of the lift as you exit the lift. You also have use of the pool/billiard tables, table tennis and Cable TV (Foxtel, equivalent to Sky UK) located in the ground floor lounge. Guest access The entire property is yours to use, please feel right at home :) Interaction with guests Beyond a Room is available 24/7 for your needs! The bus stop is 3 minutes’ walk on Lonsdale Street. BIKE: If you prefer bike riding, we highly recommend exploring the city via a bike rental system. It is an amazing way to experience Melbourne!
