This apartment doesn't have aircon, but it is really well protected, and doesn't seem to need it. Opening windows allow a cross breeze through the rooms. Heating is more than adequate. CBD Little Paris is located amongst some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. The tram stops are just 100m away. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Everyday shops, services, banks & ATMS and all your everyday needs are catered for nearby. The property address is 237 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, VIC 3000. Your swish Melbourne boutique, serviced apartment includes very modern, high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, towels, and kitchen. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it. Car parking is available nearby for a small fee. Monthly rates are as little as about $11/day. Elegantly appointed and practical secure apartment in a fantastic location
Location was fantastic, close to everything, easy Uber access and supermarkets, coffee places and dinner spots really close by. Its a lovely apartment and very safe and secure and well appointed and clean. Big plus for me was storage, wardrobe space, and bathroom bench space two women sharing a bathroom can be a challenge but not in CBD Little Paris.

Excellent feelings in StayCentral
I really like this accommodation because of its clean rooms, beautiful kitchen, roomy space and excellent location. This apartment is located at Lonsdale St which is so convenient to the QV shopping center and China Town. In particular, you can easily get the food and other goods that you want, even though you come back city very late due to travelling. Also, this area is very safe for staying.

Fabulous place
Fabulous house with very tastefully decorated art works and furniture . Flinders street station is just stone throw away and is in the middle of Melbourne CBD ,close to all of its actions . Safe and nice neighbourhood . House itself is a s shown in pictures spacious with all appliances, cooking vessels ,cutlery ,free internet etc which is all one needs for a comfortable stay. Chris was very accommodative even when our flight was delayed by 4 hours to help us with check in. Thank you Chris for hosting us and will recommend to others as well . Thanks Abhilash

Great apartment for a small family
This is an amazing apartment right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It is so close to Flinders Street Station, and there's free trams all around the CBD. The apartment has a Parisian feeling to it (gotta try it to know it!). Highly recommended!

I know transport is so easy, but you are right; it is in the hearty of the CBD, and central to everything. I hope you tried the great cafes almost next door? A real Paris - like apartment !!
We found this apartment conveniently situated to the arts precinct, retail shopping and restaurants. The apartment reminded us of similar places where we have stayed in Paris. Furnishings are first-class and the kitchen provides everything needed for a meal at home. With trams and trains nearby, there was never any need for a car to be hired. We would certainly return to this apartment when next visiting Melbourne

She wanted to recreate what she experienced in Paris, and the decor, building style and location in the narrow street certainly reflect that. I'm pleased that you were able to enjoy not just the apartment itself, but the central location; it is brilliant isn't it? Some of the best Melbourne cafes are located close by, and there are dozens of great restaurants to choose from. You're right; you don't need a car at all. From your apartment tucked away in Flinders Lane, it is a very short walk to trams that go in multiple directions, and Flinders St Station is only a short block away. I do hope we can assist you with your next stay in Melbourne with your returning-guest discount. Amazing location
Couldn't have asked for a better location. Central to everything especially the restaurants and shops. The location is amazing. Secure apartment. Very comfortable and has all you want. Apartment was tastefully furnished. Meet and greet was seamless as there is no reception at the accommodation but we had no problems. We were contacted a number of times before we arrived to remind us what the process was for checking in. The only negative comment would be that there was a lot of construction work going on and because of the location was rather noisy during the weekends from the entertainment occurring along the street but the convenience has far outweighed the noise. We will definitely be back again

Highly Recommended
A great apartment right in the city centre of Melbourne. 2 minutes to Flinders Street and Federation Square. Many excellent restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walking radius. Close to shops and supermarkets. Tastefully furnished, on the third floor of a very nice old building that just has been renovated. Excellent location if you want to explore the city and/or if you work in or close to the Melbourne CBD. I stayed for three months in this apartment while I was working in Melbourne. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, very comfortable accommodation
Management was highly professional with the arrival arrangement as well as ongoing support when required. The apartment provided everything we needed by way of facilities, comfort and general high standard. The only negative we had concerned noise in the main bedroom coming from the next door neighbour - late evening. The common wall is obviously quite thin. Without that, we would have rated it 5 stars.

Thank you so much Ian, for taking the time to write this review. Your feedback made us aware of the noise the neighbour was making. We were able to contact the Owners Corporation in the building, who then put them on notice about noise issues. (The common wall is actually double brick, so the neighbours must have been extremely noisy)! Our guests have had no problems with this since then. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I am very pleased that you enjoyed all the other aspects of this little gem, as it really is a gorgeous apartment in a brilliant location as well. The owner has spared no expense in setting it up. I'm also glad to hear you confirm that the arrival arrangements worked so well. We use a dedicated team that helps with this; to ensure a smooth arrival. Hopefully our guests don't need much ongoing support whilst staying with us, but it pleases me to know that we passed the test on this occasion. Just a quick reminder that we have more than 20 different locations around inner Melbourne, so if you do return, please feel free to look at one of the other fabulous places if you would like a bit of variety. Great apartment
Clean, modern, secure, well situated. I spent ten nights here while I explored Melbourne and found it ideal. There is noise from traffic but it didn't disturb me in the least. Perfect for solo visitors or couples.

You will love the centrality of our boutique CBD apartments. It is only a short walk to Chinatown, and some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia are on your doorstep. Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum/Imax theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance. The tram stops are just on the corner, and go in many directions; wherever you want to go. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country. Inner Melbourne and the nearby Southbank Promenade are famous for their world-class restaurants, shops and of course, Crown Casino. In addition, there are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts & crafts events. Just south of the Casino is South Melbourne shopping strip, and the famous South Melbourne Markets. Just north of QV1 is the Queen Victoria Markets where you can buy just about anything from groceries and meat to clothing and jewellery.
Getting around
The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 90 metres away on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Lane. You can cross the road to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further.

How to get there
It's easy to get to CBD Little Paris. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk and a free tram ride up Collins St to Swanston St, and Little Paris is just around the corner. Full directions & instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card. Very early and late arrivals require the following fees to have someone there at these times: 6:00am - 9:30am & 6:00pm - 9:00pm will be charged at $25.00; 9:00pm - 6am will be charged at $60.00 Very early check-in can only be secured well in advance by either booking the night before, or by paying an extra half-day rate; depending on the time of arrival.
