    This is a magnificent two story executive home that is 10 minutes from Perth and Fremantle. It is walking distance to one of the largest shopping centres in Perth. The Swan River is also within walking distance. The house provides all the very best equipment for a gourmet cook.. I have set up the house with only the best of linen and finest of technology. Guests will love the swimming pool in the summer months.     Smoking is only allowed outside on the patio. There are to be no parties after 10 pm until 7 am the follwing day as there are noise restrictions in the area. Electricity costs are extremely high so if guests leave the air conditioning on whilst going out and the meter shows excessive usage, then these costs will be passed on. We are very reasonable, so if you are just mindful then you will have no problems.

    Booragoon is a very centrally located suburb which is close to the City of Perth and the City of Fremantle. Just a ten minute drive to both. Perth has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and they are only a 20 minute drive from the house. The Swan River is very close by and just a 15 minute walk away.. Garden City Shopping Centre is 700 metres from the house and which also has a Hoyts Cinema as part of the complex. Kings Park, one of Perth's most beautiful site seeing sites is just 15 minutes drive from the house.
