ACCOMODATION The luxurious penthouse apartment is uniquely located a very short distance from everything the city has to offer. It is situated between spectacular Kings Park and the picturesque Swan River. City centre shopping and the business district are less than ten minutes walk away along a shaded path, the convention centre is opposite the apartment building (five minutes walk). Mount Hospital is two minutes walk away. We make every effort to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and ALL linen is freshly washed for your arrival. The apartment is light and airy, away from the road and has beautiful panoramic views of Perth and the Swan River from the roof terrace. Facilities: - full kitchen with appliances and utensils; - large bedroom with queen-size bed; - second bedroom with single bed; - newly renovated bathroom with shower; - spacious roof terrace with panoramic views and a dining area; - separate private balcony with seating and a table; - dining table and separate study desk; - TV with cable channels (Foxtel); - free WiFi access (reasonable data restrictions apply); - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board; - all linen, towels and pool towels provided; - free undercover parking in designated space. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee making facilities (including a coffee machine, milk frother and coffee pods) and a toaster. Dishcloths, detergent etc. are provided as well as laundry liquid. The apartment is quiet and convenient and tastefully appointed. Spacious and comfortable for a short or long stay. FACILITIES Located within the four star Mounts Bay Village Resort, a haven in the city, which caters for the business traveller and family alike. The resort boasts: 2 Swimming pools 2 Gymnasiums 2 Tennis courts (racquet hire available) Parking (please confirm when booking) Restaurant/bar Convenience store and bottle shop 2 Conference rooms Bicycle hire Dry cleaning service Security card entry to all areas Wheelchair access Enjoy resort facilities without the resort prices. CHECK-IN The owner lives nearby and may meet you at the building entrance depending on your check-in time. We will be happy to answer any questions and to provide information about the apartment and surrounding area. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is located less than ten minutes walk from the city centre. The convention centre is host to numerous shows and events and a five minute walk away. Just behind is Kings Park and in front is the picturesque Swan River. High street shopping is right down the road and there are plenty of theatres and restaurants nearby. For those travelling for business, the city business centre is a 5 minute walk, West Perth, East Perth and North Perth are a short, free bus ride away. Attractions within walking distance include Kings Park botanical gardens, restaurant and art gallery, the Bell Tower, Rottnest Island Ferries, The Perth Mint, His Majesty's Theatre, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth Zoo (take the ferry) and a great selection of restaurants and fashionable bars. Northbridge entertainment and restaurant area is within walking distance (or take the free CAT bus). Further afield is Fremantle (20 minutes drive), the Swan Valley Wine Region (30 minutes drive), numerous beautiful beaches (15-30 minutes drive), The Perth Hills (30 minutes drive), Hillarys Boat Harbour (25 minutes drive). GETTING AROUND Most local attractions are a short walk away. Alternatively, you can take the bus (free within the central city area which includes the apartment). This will take you to the city, the ferry and around Perth to Northbridge, where there are many restaurants and cultural attractions (museum, art galleries etc.). Free CAT buses are also available throughout the city. Alternatively, you can use Transperth (public transport) buses, trains and the ferry to get to all Perth's attractions and regions. Booking with Megan was quick and very efficient. Apartment was very clean and only 10 minutes walk into the city. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. We ate out in the evening but if you wanted to cook it was equipped to do...More

Fantastic place. Very easy to get anywhere from the apartment. Super clean, really quiet air con!! Comfy beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The guys at the desk downstairs were very helpful always.
