This is my private home in Coxes Bay Westmere in central Auckland city. Offering Bed and Breakfast ( B&B) It is very open plan living with a guest wing on the main living floor with a Queen bed and very tidy room for the guests with its own bathroom with Toilet and Shower, there is a sliding door from these rooms the the main living area. The location is wonderful for public transport and the end of the street or 50 meters from the door. There is a second small single bedroom that could be used as well next to the main B& B room suitable for a single extra 25 pound per night..There is a cold plunge pool, and huge outside deck for relaxing on. This home is truly in a fantastic location, right outside the outer area bus route, which gets you anywhere in very little time. Our hostess was most hospitable and made our stay feel like home from home! Our accommodation was perfect in every way and spotless! We will certainly think of returning there one day in the near future.

We spent 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Penny was very accommodating and laid back and we had a lot of freedom to enjoy the house and Auckland. It was on a popular Bus route that only took 15 minutes to Downtown. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to any couple.
