This little beauty has been purpose-built for you to enjoy all Wellington has to offer, but then retreat back to your own private sanctuary among New Zealands stunning native flora and fauna. You will love spotting the Tui, Fantail, Kaka, and Kereru all from your own private outdoor hot tub while sipping on cheeky bubbles or two, just like two-peas-in-a-pod.
The access to the Pod is a wee walk up some stairs.

About the neighbourhood
Khandallah is one of Wellingtons top suburbs. We are located on the edge of Wellington's largest green belt and the pods are situated at the base of Mt KauKau, which is a large reserve with beautiful walks and spectacular views across Wellington city and harbor. It is a 15 min walk into the village which has several excellent eateries, pubs, supermarket, pharmacy and doctors.
Getting around
We are a 6 min walk from the local train station (Simla Cres) which will take you direct to and from Wellington Central Train Station (12 Min ride)
Khandallah village is a 15 min walk via a beautiful forest walk or alt street walk, the village has amenities ranging from a supermarket to boutique restaurants.
Uber/Taxi to Wellington central is about 10-15 mins, and 25-30 mins to the Airport

How to get there
Our Pods are very well connected via public transport, the local train stop (Simla Crescent) is a 6 min walk from the pods, equally it is a 25 min ride in a taxi or uber from Wellington Airport.
Our pods are located up a private access road, off Amapur Drive. Please drive up the private road off Ampaur Drive, as you drive up private road, we are the second house on the right, with a large red garage. If you have arranged for an onsite car park, please park in front of the blue sign, visitor parking. If you are parking on Amapur Drive, feel free to temporarily park in front of the red garage to unload your bags.
You are staying in the back pod, or the best pod :)
To access your pod please proceed through the black gate with stairs leading up to the main house entrance, turn right at the top of the stairs (before the main house door) and follow the steps up to the back of the property, your pod is the second pod, so please take the path that leads down behind the first pod, you will then come across your own private steps leading to your pod.
