A comfortable and spacious (90m2) apartment in an attractive art deco row of four. In a quiet but central location opposite the historic Water Tower and in the heart of Invercargill. Queens Park is round the corner and it is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk into Invercargill city centre. There is off-street parking for 1 vehicle and a private, sunny back courtyard.

'Doony' is fully self-contained with a well equipped kitchen down to the last egg whisk, bathroom with shower over bath, and laundry. It is all-electric with heat pump. All linen and cleaning is included.

We take a hands-off approach. Guests will be supplied with a code to the keysafe located on the property, and the wifi code. There is a book of instructions in the apartment along with maps and brochures. We don't usually meet guests personally because we live elsewhere but there is a manager/cleaner who is local and can deal with any hiccups or problems
