Prestigious Loop Road is a quiet street off the main road on the Kelvin Heights Peninsula boasting close access to the waterfront. Locals refer to this neighbourhood as the sunny side of the lake, and guests will quickly appreciate staying in such a warm and bright home with the fantastic lakefront trail at your fingertips.
Sunnyside Vista has a wonderful vantage point overlooking the Frankton Bay of Lake Wakatipu and 180 degree mountain views taking in Ben Lomond, Bob’s Peak, Queenstown Hill and the Crown Range.

Outstanding sun and views
An extremely comfortable house with views to die for. We were a family of 6 (4 adults, a toddler and a baby) and this home away from home was just perfect for a week in Queenstown. Perfectly located on the 'sunnyside' of the lake and in between Queenstown and Arrowtown - the house had it all. We'd definitely visit again. The beds were superbly comfortable!

Luxurious home in an ideal location
My husband and I had a fabulous week at this beautiful holiday home. It is quiet and private with spectacular views across the lake to Queenstown and the surrounding mountain ranges. Perfectly located on the sunny side of Lake Wakatipu within a stone’s throw of the Kelvin Peninsula walking and cycling path. We enjoyed exploring the trail, cycling to Queenstown one day and walking to Jack’s Point on another.
Soaking in the outside hot tub while watching the glorious sunset was pure luxury after a day skiing at the nearby Remarkables.
We will definitely come back to this wonderful part of the world and can highly recommend staying at Sunnyside. Loved every minute!

For the more adventurous hop, on your mountain bike and ride along the lake around the Kelvin Peninsula, past the golf club and finish at Jack's Point. This is a popular track offering spectacular lake and mountain views.
Golfers will love the close proximity to the Queenstown Golf Club, known as one of the most picturesque courses in the world. With year-round sunshine, this is the best course to play in the winter.
