Cómodo y confortable
Pasamos unos días de vacaciones en familia, el departamento es cómodo, con lo necesario para no extrañar la casa. El complejo tiene pileta, canchita de fútbol y sala de juegos como para que los más pequeños lo pasen genial. La propietaria Erica siempre muy bien dispuesta a resolver cualquier necesidad. Sin dudas lo recomiendo.

Excelente departamento para vacaciones en familia.
Departamento muy cómodo y con todos los servicios, bien enfocado a las necesidades del turista. Tamaño adecuado para una familia de 4 personas, muy cómodo, en una ciudad perfecta para vacaciones tranquilas con la familia. Ubicación del departamento y de la ciudad ideal ya que queda cerca de todo (Blumenau, Itajaí, Bombinha, Baln. Camboriú, etc.). Con pileta a 10m del dpto. y playa a 300m. La propietaria y su marido muy atentos. Érica, disponible en todo momento, desde la reserva hasta el check-out.

Ótimo atendimento, Apartamento perfeito
Só tenho a agradecer pelo ótimo atendimento da Erica, minha família foi muito bem recebida, o apartamento estava limpo e organizado. Ótima localização tanto para quem vai para o Beto Carrero ou para a praia. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar aqui e indicaremos para nossos amigos

Lugar excelente, próximo à praia, há apenas 9 minutos do parque Beto Carrero World, proprietários atenciosos e preocupados com o bem estar dos hóspedes.

Férias tudo de bom
Passamos dias incríveis em Balneário Piçarras graças ao atendimento excelente do casal Alexandre Saraiva e Érica. O apartamento é simplesmente organizado, limpo e exatamente como descrito. A Érica foi super atenciosa e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. O condomínio super limpo e com uma equipe muito atenciosa e dedicada. Esperamos voltar em breve.

A localização é boa. Próxima da praia. Os proprietários são atenciosos e dão todo suporte aos hospedes.
Apartamento bem localizado, de fácil acesso, limpo e equipado. Ambiente familiar, tranquilo. O anúncio correspondeu á todas as informações dadas.

Na cidade de Penha, há mais de 10 praias, entre as quais destacamos: Bacia da Vovó (muito tranquila e excelente para crianças, mas nos finais de semana é fundamental chegar antes das 09:00h para não correr o risco de ficar sem estacionamento). Praia do Poá, Praia Grande, Praia Vermelha. Estas são próprias para o banho, porém um pouco mais agitadas.
