This modern, well appointed apartment has an impressive new kitchen with breakfast bar, timber benchtops, under bench over and electric cooktop providing everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal at home or take the night off and enjoy the vast array of restaurants on offer.

Nice apartment. BUT ...
The apartment itself is nice, well appointed with mod-cons including Netflix and other apps-enabled TV.
However, feelings and experiences about the location are mixed. It is centrally located and close to shops, leisure and other amenities ... but: it is also on the Main Street and roundabout on the only major road in and out of Airlie Beach, with all heavy traffic using their noisy air brakes to slow down then gunning their engines to climb the hill on the other side. Noisy hoons didn't help either.
Further, the apt is also opposite and adjacent to several decibel-breaking nightclubs and karaoke bars.
Great for young travellers and backpackers who plan to reply on booze-induced comas to sleep every night.
But, overall, not suitable for families (unless they also plan to sleep via a nightly skinful and comas).
