In a quiet neighborhood with newly built dwellings and panoramic views, the independent ground floor of a three-storey villa that accommodates up to 4 people is available. Ideal for quiet holidays, for families or couples. Pets are welcome. In a green environment, 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the city. In the same neighborhood there are two other properties, for friends or families.
