Welcome to our Naples Vacation Home located in a walking distance to Vanderbilt beach.
Unwind at this stunning brand new coastal contemporary style home. The home was build with 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 10-14 foot ceilings inlaid with multiple pot lights and a heated pool. 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Our vacation home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Naples Park. It is only a mile away from Vanderbilt beach. It is 5 min drive Mercato mall with its luxury movie theater, Blue Martini nightclub, and many high-end shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Great place! Spacious house and fully equipped with beach supplies, kitchen gadget and everything your family needs. Affordable price.
Wish the house had more TVs though.

Perfect
We were staying in the house for a conference at a nearby hotel- it was clean and well kept; the pool was beautiful and the beach was a long walk or short drive away. Our handler was responsive and my expectations were exceeded.

Great vacation get away
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house fit our needs perfectly. The kids loved the screened in pool (no bugs) in the backyard. They swam every day. The beach is just down the road and it is easier to just drive down since the walk can get pretty buggy. Had a problem with WiFi but the owner was great and got the problem taken care of ASAP, no problem. Great to deal with. Will definitely look at this rental again when we book another Naples Florida vacation. Highly recommend this property. It is perfect for multiple families with young kids. Thanks for helping to make this one of our best vacations!!

It's a very nice and beautiful house.
I love to stay in this property. It's a beautiful house, very nice size, a lot bedrooms with so many beds and very clean. Very nice location.

It was an very good experience.
This was my first time ever renting a vacation home and it sure was a very good experience. All the amenities were included. The house was spacious and everyone had their own privacy, my party totaled 12 people. The heated pool really came in handy when it was a little cold, because it had rained. Not just the house, but the renters were very nice and communication was never a problem, they responded quickly to my emails, before, during and after our stay. We were walking distance from the beautiful naples beaches. I would definitely recommend this property!
