The inviting furnishings create a lived in feeling with just enough St. Barth polish. This is not the sort of villa where you'll be afraid to touch anything. Instead, you can be comfortable, from the moment you arrive until you reluctantly depart. And our concierge will go the extra mile to make sure you're as comfortable as can be, whether that means bringing in a yoga teacher or massage therapist for wellness on the deck or hiring a private chef to cook so you don't have to. Villa Nocean's most beguiling space is its weathered wood terrace, where a sparkling infinity pool curves along one side and the views of the bay below can captivate. It has a shaded area with comfortable seating and small table for breakfasts, as well as a separate pavilion with a bigger dining table. The glass walls of the living room can be opened so that this terrace merges seamlessly into the interior space, which includes seating around a TV and a good size galley kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The two bedrooms lie on opposite sides of this central socializing and relaxing area. Both have colorful cushions, large wardrobes and glass doors that open onto a terrace. In one of them, the bathroom is outside the bedroom but right in front of it, and in the other, the bathroom is fully ensuite. Because it can be rented as a one or two bedroom vacation home, Villa Nocean is very convenient and is an excellent choice for a couple on their honeymoon or a family with teenage children.
