Fantastic apartment in the perfect location

Great apartment located close to public transport links and within walking distance of all the sites. Airport collection was fantastic and meant well didn’t need to worry about taxis. The apartment itself was just what we needed it was clean, plenty of space and the beds were comfortable.

BEWARE! AVOID THESE CROOKS

Made a booking for September and paid deposit. Yesterday they bluntly told us they had taken a month-long booking and we were out. (if you were the September 2019 booking be careful of this shyster) Now having to try get money back and book elsewhere. Very unhappy. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE on any site.."Laszlo H" and "Sandra" are scammers

Airy & clean

Four of my friends stayed here - there was a group of 18 of us visiting Budapest - lovely spacious apartment, very clean and nicely presented. Great location - moments from the Rákóczi market & metro, and plenty of nice cafes, bars & restaurants. Owner Laszlo was really helpful & we were met on arrival. Recommended.

Great apartment, well equipped

6 of us stayed here, plenty of space, everything you could need, couldn't fault the apartment itself in any way. Walking distance of many of the attractions. One small point to note is that it can get noisy late at night with people who have 'enjoyed' the nearby attractions and the local council empty the bins pretty early! Owner extremely helpful offering a transfer service to/from the airport (extra cost)

Pleasant stay in large, clean, 4 bedroom apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which had everything we needed to be a home from home. The apartment was on the ground floor of a large building so no need to worry about carrying luggage up endless flights of stairs. The apartment has two shower rooms and toilets which is handy for larger groups. It was about 10-15 minutes walk to the river and the busier shopping streets but there are nice bars and restaurants close by plus a couple of supermarkets for stocking up with food should you wish to do your own cooking. Laszlo was a friendly host and gave us all the advice we needed for our stay. We would certainly stay here again on our inevitable return to Budapest.

Great Stay

We arrived in Budapest and was picked up by the owners' driver of the apartment we were staying in and received a lovely welcome to Budapest. We found the apartment to be everything stated on Trip Advisor. The owners were more than accommodating allowing us to stay later in the apartment on our departure day and picking us up and taking us to the airport. The apartment was located in a good area and very near to everything (once we got our navigating skills in check). The apartment was clean and spacious and the bathrooms were so geared up for disability we were so impressed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and Budapest is definitely a place which should be on your list to visit.

Incredibly spacious, convenient apartment

We loved the central location, ground-level convenience, large rooms with very tall ceilings, and well-outfitted kitchen. This apartment worked so well as a home away from home for our group of five. We especially liked the huge living room.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment

Laszlo, the owner, collected us from the airport and took us to the apartment. He answered all our questions and gave us maps and plenty of information. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. Couldn't be faulted. It's close to all the city centre sites. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. We had a fabulous time.

Christmas stay in Budapest!

Great location....tram stops very close by. There is a small market on the corner and a Catholic Church down the street. The flat had everything we needed.

Large beautiful apartment close to all amenities

Laszlo and Sandra were very helpful,friendly and informative of the local sights, restaurants and supermarkets. Spacious, clean apartment with all the facilities you need for a city break. Arrange for them to collect/drop to airport (cheaper than a taxi). Kitchen stocked with basic essentials and even soap powder to use in their washing machine. Good wifi connection. Great Budapest apartment

About the neighbourhood

Budapest is a spa city, full of historic remedial baths like the grand old Gellert and the open-air, chess-playing Szechenyi, both worth trying out. Best wine and so affordable. The Danube doesn’t look better in any other city, especially on a flood-lit night cruise. The view from Gellert Hill is truly one of the highlights of Europe, an urban equivalent to the bella vista from Capri’s Monte Salario. The Hungarian State Opera is an inexpensively classy night out including many other clubs and restaurants! The Statue Park is a unique and hilarious send-up of Communism. A public bus runs round-trip to the park from outside the hotels Meridien/Kempinski (next door to each other) The Hungarian Parliament is one of the best in Europe (on par with London and Vienna) Budapest shows a wider span of architecture in the loveliest setting on the Danube, - Excursions to Szentendre and Skanzen or Eger or even a trip to another european city is only a few hour drive away !
