This beautiful, waterside apartment is located on the 2nd Floor of a 3-storey villa apartment. It has an air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed, a digital TV, a closet, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a nightstand with drawers, an ensuite bathroom, and glass windows and doors that lead directly to a balcony with deck chairs overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
It also has a 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed, crib/toddler bed, a safety deposit box, a closet, an iron, ironing board, and 6 large double surround windows to allow panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, inlet, pool, and Belize River.

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY: TURN OFF ALL Lights, Fan, and Air Conditioners when not in use and when leaving the unit. This will avoid our Housekeeper or Front Desk from having to turn them off.
NO SMOKING POLICY: DO NOT SMOKE in the unit, only OUTSIDE.
Failure to adhere will result in a US$150 fine that will be deducted from your Damage Deposit, so as to cover the extensive cost of restoring the unit back to its smoke-free condition.

Great experiance
Seaview was great. The pool lovely, good customer service and yummy food. Very private enough parking.

About the neighbourhood
The property sits on a private estate near the historic landmark known as the Haulover Bridge. We are on the edge of the Caribbean Sea and the Belize Old River is literally a stone throw away.
We are conveniently located midway between the International Airport and downtown Belize City (5 miles on either side). Therefore, we are close enough to the City to benefit from the conveniences of a city but far enough to enjoy peace, quiet, privacy, and seclusion which the City is unable to offer.
Getting around
PUBLIC BUSES pass See Belize Vacation Rental during REGULAR WORKING HOURS:
Mondays-Fridays - every 15-30 minutes
Saturdays - every 1/2 to 1 hour
Sundays - every 1 to 2 hours
Public and Bank Holidays - sporadically
The cost to and from downtown Belize City is BZ$2.25 (US$1.125) each way. If you want to go toward downtown Belize City, simply cross the road and wait for the bus to go in that direction. If you want to go North, stay on the same side as See Belize Vacation Rentals.
Vehicles drive on the right side of the road. Please note that the cost of 1 gallon of gasoline is around US$7.

How to get there
The vacation rental is less than 5 miles from the Philip Goldson International Airport. From the Airport, drive along the Airport exit road for about one mile, then turn right (heading eastbound) onto the Philip Goldson Highway.
Continue along the Philip Goldson Highway for another 4 miles until you reach AQ Auto Rental. Continue along for another 200 yards, then make a left onto the See Belize Vacation Rental (Moya Estate) access road and continue along that road for 100 yards.
