Ocean views, warm tropical breezes and an abundance of coconuts. This lovely two bedroom home is located at the end of a dead end street, with a boat slip at the back door on the canal. Access to the ocean is close by. The home features stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove and microwave) and has a shared washer/dryer and pool. The yard is fully landscaped and includes pool and yard maintenance. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Double bed. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. All furniture was new in 2014. Carport with separate driveway and remote controlled security gate. Screened patio overlooking pool. Alarm system. Downtown Corozal, Belize is a short drive away.

Interaction with guests
I am delighted to provide information to my guests when I am in the country. Upon arrival I will be here to check you in, and if I should be absent I will have someone available, however I do need an arrival time. Otherwise, arrangements will be made to pick up the keys at a certain spot. Also, we will give you an orientation tour and answer questions about the operation of the house.

About the neighbourhood
Corozal is a town located about 10 miles from the Mexican border. The home is located in the South end of town, on the way to Orange Walk and Belize City. It's location on the canal allows you to access the ocean by boa,t if so desired. The moorage slip is 41 feet long and is suitable for boats with a shallow keel, as the water isn't too deep in this area. Located at the end of a dead end street, it is the quieter area of town, unlike the town itself that have many dogs barking throughout the night. It is about a 20 minute walk to town where you will find banks and the usual shopping district, as well as a market for fresh produce and fruits. How to get there
Airport: Cancun (6 hours) Belize City (3 hours): 0.0 km
FROM BELIZE CITY - Take the road that says Orange Walk Town, then continue on to Corozal. This is usually about a 2 hour drive. As you come into the town of Corozal you will see a large gas station with 24/7 in red lettering, turn right onto that road and continue until you come to the dead end, turn right on Bay Shore Drive, continue to the end of the road and you will see Casa Royale on your right - 419 is the address. .
FROM CHETUMAL - After crossing the two borders (Mexican and Belize) you will drive towards Corozal. Drive right through the town until you come to a large gas station on your left that features red lettering 24/7, turn left there and continue on that road until the dead end. Turn right and go to 419 on right side.
