The rooms 6 and 7 are located in the second courtyard, with a modern and contemporary style, here you will find also a massage room with shower and a small seating area. Room 2 on the first floor has a king size bed plus a single bed and a living area with sofa. Room 3 on the first floor has a king size bedrooms Room 4 on the first floor has a king size bed a living area and the TV Room 5 on the second floor has a king size bed Room 6 on the first floor has a double bed 140cm, the bathtub and the TV Room 7 on the first floor has a double bed 160cm and the TV Discovering the spaces outside the guests will appreciate also a fantastic roof terrace with a second swimming pool 5x2.6 meters, a spacious terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds, a dining area for the summer dinners with table and chairs for 14 persons, the BBQ and a small kitchen, by a stairs we arrive at the upper terrace with an outdoor shower, 8 sunbeds for a perfect day in relax out of the noises of the city, from here is possible to admire a beautiful view on the Medina and the Atlas mountains. Riad Special is a fully staffed property with cook and maids, it is possible to book the dinner and lunch for an extra cost, please note that the property is not self catering, the staff will prepare all your meals; if you want you can book a massage for 400DH per hour, this is the place where to spend an unforgettable holiday with friends and the family in the center of Marrakech but with the privacy and services guaranteed. Is it possible,on request, to rent less rooms for a lower price. Rental rules A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval No safety fence around the pool Pool has no swimming guard The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill. This property is not self catering.
