About the neighbourhood
This neighborhood is well know and caters to all nationalities including Europe, Americas, Middle East, and South East Asia. There is convenience stores, food markets, travel agencies, exchange, shopping and Banks walking distance.Quiet neighborhood lots of food and shopping as well as convenience. ALL external guests must enter with valid ID card , passport or valid driver license before entering the building. We would like everyone to enjoy their stay as well as respect the privacy of others while keeping the noise level to a minimum for comfort. Keeping noise down beyond 22:00 hrs is optimum. Please report any suspicious activity or wrong doing immediately to security or on duty staff.
Getting around
Basically can walk to many places including travel routes. Just in front of property there is motorcycle taxis all day and night. You can walk to the main road to hop on baht bus routes or charter a taxi. All pickup buses stop and go along the main roads. Just ask the driver which way he is going. Its 10 THB for the whole length of the route short or long. If they are empty they can be chartered anywhere one way generally for 150 THB in the greater Central Pattaya area.
