Fully refirbished and equipped two-bedroom boutique apartment with modern design located in authentic neighborhood within less than 5 minutes walk from the sea! Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Train station and bus stops are within short walking distance.
Our intention in designing the apartment was creating a home with an atmosphere of fun, joy and pleasure! By doing so we wanted to reflect our views and preferences, which you'd hopefully share. We hope that our unique kingsize leather round bed with an excellent mattress will make your stay really pleasurable!

Nicht bezugsfähig
Bei Ankunft wartete auf uns nicht - wie vereinbart - der Apartmentbesitzer, sondern Handwerker, die dabei waren, die Wohnung zu renovieren und zu streichen. Diese befand sich in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Auch das Haus war äußerst vernchlässigt und schmutzig, die unweit liegende, sehr verkehrsreiche Straße sehr laut und die Anbindung an die Stadt schlecht. Wir haben die Buchung sofort gekündigt, vom Besitzer und Trip Advisor die im Voraus bezahlten Mietkosten aber bislang nicht erstattet bekommen. Trip Advisor: NEVER MORE!

It is very unfortunate to read such a review which has very little to do with an actual situation.
The guests arrived 5.5 (!) hours before scheduled check-in time, without scheduling in advance. The apartment indeed was under cosmetic maintenance work in order to better prepare it for the guests which were scheduled to spend 2 weeks at the apartment!
Needless to say that is was in perfect shape and fully ready to accomodate the guests one hour before scheduled check in time!
Moreover, we were in touch with the guest notifying them once the apartment was ready. The building itself is indeed not in a very good shape, and all Haifa districts located by the seashore are not as fancy as upper Carmel area, but it has never been an issue thus far for literally hundreds of our guests, which booked our place through different platforms. Just to make a point, the property is rated 9.1 on Booking.com and we constantly maintain Superhost status at Airbnb platform!
We treat hosting very seriously and try to make our guest to feel as comfortable as possible, therefore we certainly do not deserve such a disrespectful attitude as has been shown in this particular case.
