The apartment offers a light filled bedroom with double bed, spacious living room and overhead loft with extra double mattress – perfect for a couple + 2 kids. Newly renovated bathroom and well-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. The location is excellent: Just off Emek Refaim and adjacent to the new Train Track walkway and cycle path, leading to the popular new First Station. Emek Refaim street is replete with cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets, health food stores, clothes and jewelry shops, bakeries and so much more, all on your doorstep. The new Train Track recreation path for walking, running or cycling leads to the cultural and social hub of the First Station and at present nearly to Malcha mall (approx 8 km) in the other direction. ***Parking is limited, There are approximately 4 (free) parking spaces in front of the apartment. Parking is on a first come, first served basis. There is usually parking, however, there may be times when there is no availability. In which case, there is metered street parking right nearby. ***For rentals of 3 weeks or longer, electricity is not included in the price, and is to be paid, according to usage, at the end of the stay. ****Kosher dishes can be provided upon request only: There is an additional fee of $60 for kosher dishes. We have a set of kosher dishes and non kosher dishes. When guests request kosher dishes, we switch out the non kosher dishes, and replace them with the kosher ones. Appliances are not kashered, but you are welcome to do so upon arrival.More
