On the top floor are 2 separate bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub.
The kitchen and the dining room are on the middle floor. A open plan living room open to a marvellous terrace with a magnificent view is located on the ground floor and so is the master suite with en suite bathroom. There are 9 steps between floors. Free private parking. Laundry room.
