Two-minute walk from the Jerusalem Theater, President's Residence, Islamic Art Museum. Walking distance to the old city, the German Colony, Mamilla, Yemin Moshe and more. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants. The apartment was completely renovated in January 2013. Plenty of street parking. Air conditioning, brand new modern kitchen and bathroom, modern new furniture, flat screen TV, cable, stereo system, wireless. <BR>
