Gorgeous newly renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom first floor apartment - full of light
and sunshine. The apartment offers an open plan living and well equipped kitchen, two
bathrooms, one en suite and a quiet balcony.

The Space
The apartment was renovated on January 2014. It sports open space living area, and a dining table for 5 - 12 diners. The kitchen can be arranged as kosher (milk and meat and the necessary preparations) or non kosher. The master bedroom has an ensuit shower and the beds can be set as a double bed or as two beds to suit your preference. The main bathroom has a full bath. The 2nd bdr can be set for 2-3 singles or children, for a couple as a double bed, or as a study space. We stayed in this apartment for the month of April. It was a great place from which to explore Jerusalem. We walked everywhere - Old City, City Center, Rehavia, HaRacevet, etc. Nothing was much more than a 20-25 minute walk. Reva and Elana could not have been any better. The apartment lived up to the pictures and was in a phenomenal location. We were traveling with our three boys (ages 15, 13 and 9) and it was perfect for us. My only hesitation was the very large security deposit, however it was returned within 24 hours as promised.

Our family of 6 stayed 4 nights in this apartment. The apartment is a little small for 6 people and it is a stretch to say this place has 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a little loft space with room for a mattress. It's about 3.5 feet high. We put our nine year-old up there and she was ok....

The Neighborhood
The German Colony is one of the trendiest and upscale in Jerusalem. Old and quaint stone houses from the turn of the last century (like ours) have been renovated to the highest standard. Restaurants, art galleries and boutiques line the main streets. It is part of Jerusalem "culture mile", so theater, ballet, concerts, films and street events are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is also home to synagogues of all denominations.
