It has several access routes (Main and residential), also there are different options for transportation (Transmilenio, Bus, Taxi, UBER, Cabify).
One block west, there is a mall, Titan Plaza, with several restaurants, bars and shops; And half a block to the est, there is one of the largest supermarkets in the city.
In front of the building, there is a group of parks where you can practice sports (Futboll or Basketball), work out or ride a bicycle on about 1mile track.
On Sundays, you can join the cycle path (international movement through which streets are free of vehicles, allowing free and safe bicycle, walking or rollerblading).
