Our pretty Villa is located on the rural west bank of Luxor, Egypt, just minutes from the river Nile and the tombs and temples and Valley of the Kings. It is a peaceful little oasis at the end of a day sightseeing - the ideal place to rest and relax. We have beautiful large tropical gardens with shaded seating areas.
The rural feel of the West Bank is a welcome change from the hussle of the touristy east bank with the cruise boats and huge hotels. The location makes it especially good for women or single travellers who want to avoid the hassle of the busier are...

Best Egyptian Vacation
If you want to immerse yourself into real Egyption culture and lifestyle, this is the place to stay, here on the peaceful West bank of the Nile. The short stroll down to the bank of the Nile is a rewarding experience by itself. Best of all, the owner, Ahmed Omar who grew up in this village, is an excellent guide to all the sites around Luxor. My wife and I spent a week here and never had a dull moment. He left nothing to chance and took care of us from pick-up to drop off at the airport, even arranged for us to be picked up in Assuan for a tour of the High Dam and the return drive to Luxor.

Great apartment
Stayed here a couple of days while sight seeing with my young son
Fantastic place! Helpful and friendly staff who are so willing to help with anything you may need .great location for all the things you need from shops to visiting the sights

Wouldn't stay anywhere else
Returned home 2 weeks ago after a 11 nights stay at villa bahri, this is now our 4th stay and it was just as good as the first. We have now stayed in each of the apartments and can say they are all as clean as each other. There is no pool but we were able to use the pool next door for a small fee which was perfect.
There was an issue with the water heater bursting but the owner couldn't have resolved the issue any quicker.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Luxor and I can't recommend villa Bahri enough

Perfect in everyway
This was our third stay this year and it was just as good at the first. The location is perfect, close enough for everything you need but far away enough from the hussle and bussle! The apartments are nicely furnished with everything you need and always clean the wi-fi is also very good!
The owners are very friendly and made us feel very welcome, would book again.

Lovely apartment with a perfect location
I have stayed in this apartment with my husband twice this year, the owner Mohamed is very welcoming. The location is perfect its within walking distance to the local shops but also far enough away to be peaceful. I have stayed in two different apartments and both were very clean. I have just booked my third stay this year :)

Wonderful apartment with wonderful views.
I have stayed in the Garden Apartment of Villa Bahri on several previous occasions. Being set within a walled garden with high locked gates it is extremely secure and safe. This time I rented the middle apartment. It is spacious, well furnished with very comfortable beds with European style mattresses and pillows. It feels like a home not a rental property. Internet access is excellent. Situated on the outskirts of the village,the villa is a short walk to the ferry and boat landings.
it is a tranquil setting in which to relax after a day`s sightseeing. The view from the large balcony over the agriculture is stunning . An added bonus is a lush tropical garden within the villa walls, having comfortable places to sit among the fruit trees and flower beds . Roof terrace or garden barbeques can be arranged.
The English owner and her Egyptian family are very helpful and are on call 24 hours a day. They will even supply you with a mobile phone programmed with helpful numbers. They can also organise local excursions or trips further afield at very economic rates, using knowledgeable guides and safe, comfortable vehicles .Transport to and from the airport can be arranged. I am planning to return once again to this wonderful place.

Best place we stayed in by far
We are travelling in Egypt and learning the history. Luxor and especially this villa are the nicest places so far. The house is large and comfortable and especially clean. The beds are very good (not like some we have been to)
We liked very much that it is away from the big hotels etc. It is easy to find good local places to eat and everyone is really friendly.
We just wish we had longer here but we move on now to see more of this awesome country.

Génial!
Situé au calme sur la west bank, mais à proximité du quai pour rejoindre l'autre rive, cette villa est extraordinaire! Une magnifique vue sur une palmeraie. vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.
Un appartement très spacieux et offrant toutes les commodités. Un réfrigérateur est à votre disposition avec des boissons que vous payez à un prix très raisonnable.
Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse. Ils viennent vous chercher à l'aéroport, vous propose de vous emmener sur les différents sites. Ils vous laissent un téléphone portable à disposition pour appeler s'il y a le moindre problème.
De plus, le jardin est magnifique et propice au repos après une journée de visites!
Tout simplement extraordinaire!

Séjour agréable dans un grand appartement bien situé, beau jardin plein de fleurs et deux terrasses.
Le lit est confortable et le salon très spacieux.
Les propriétaires sont aimables et discrets. Les chats du quartier ont très vite lié amitié et me tenaient compagnie. Les grenouilles se fixaient rendez vous dans la fontaine et chantaient le soir ou accompagnaient le muezzin.

Villa Bahri is set on the edge of the sugarcane fields around 10 minutes walk from the river. It is a lovely rural setting where you will see the real Egypt. The people are warm and friendly. There are lots of small shops locally where you can get everything you need for your stay
