Nice place but needs improvements
My wife and four kids and I stayed in the apartment for 8 days over Christmas. It has the potential to be very nice, but needs to have improvements. The location is good and the apartment is very new; the view and the fireplace are wonderful. In our opinion, it needs the following: better mattresses, better wifi (we often had to walk down the hall to the owner's brother's apartment to get a signal), a coffee maker, a TV, modern music/cd player (the only one was in the master bedroom and it was from the 70's), enough silverware and towels for 6 people (we had to buy 2 sets of these), because there is no heating or space heater, plenty of wood for the fireplace without asking the brother (who was very kind but not always home) to go to the basement to get the wood, an extra key for the doors (the concierge quit, apparently, and was never there to open the front door; we went to a store to have our own second copy of the key to the apartment door made). We never saw the owner and had slow replies on most of our text messages. In addition, there are three large dogs right across the street that bark constantly, night and day, and so loudly that we had to have loud music on all day to drown them out. With attention to detail and a few additional items, this could be a great place to stay while enjoying the amazing sights of Quito and the surrounding countryside.

Un apartamento nuevo con una vista hermosa
El lugar es cómodo, acogedor y todo se encuentra en perfecto estado. Lo que más me gustó fue la vista que tenía de la ciudad, realmente un espectáculo. Se encuentra en un lugar donde llegan todas las facilidades de transporte. Además, el supermercado se encontraba cerca por lo que podía llevar mis compras sin necesidad de un taxi. Los vecinos son personas tranquilas, no hubo problemas de bulla. Los propietarios son muy amables. Definitivamente volvería a este apartamento si tengo que ir a la capital.

Excellente et bien recommandé
J'ai connu cette location il y a quelques mois quand j'ai passé quelques jours dans la ville et l'endroit est incroyable! Il est situé dans une zone de Quito avec de nombreuses options de mobilité (plusieurs lignes de bus sur l'avenue Amérique et Gasca) il est aussi à proximité d'un Supermaxi (chaîne de supermarchés à Quito) où il est facile de faire les courses de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner dans l'appartement. Le quartier est très agréable, vous vous sentez en sécurité, le bâtiment est moderne il-y a un gardien à l'entrée et aussi le élévateur est intelligent.
La vue de l'appartement est génial, vous pouvez voir toute la ville de Quito, y compris le volcan Pichincha et le Cotopaxi de l'autre coté.
Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques et agréables, nous avons eu une grande réception avec mes amis et nous avons apprécié d'excellentes semaines dans l'appartement, avec une cuisine très confortable,un salon entièrement meublé et les trois chambres dans les quelles le confort et l'intimité est un plus. Les salles de bains sont magnifiques et très bien décoré.
