We are located in a quiet neighborhood in the fifth floor of the Torre Piamonte Building which count with 2 elevator for you comfort, 2 parking spaces and a bodega (for long term stays).
We are 10 mins away from the Historical Center of Cuenca, airport ,shopping center, pharmacies and hospital.
The apartment counts with a full kitchen and all its appliances for you conviniece if you like to prepare your own meals. Dinning table is suitable for 6 people as well as the living room.
Laundry room is inside the apartment for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a twin bed and share the same bathroom.
Lining and towels are provided.

Very clean and quiet, just minutes to historical center , so many stores around, internet very fast and a nice view ....just amazing experience.

It's great.
Cuenca is a wonderful place, friendly people, very colonial city.
We stayed for one week in this apartment it's new, beatiful view. Their owners are very welvoming.
Sure we will return soon.

just what we needed
Wonderfull apartment it completely made our stay in Cuenca much easier specially when you travel with kids .This apartment has everything we needed. The kitchen is complete equipped and the decoration made us feel like home. Very convenient located closed to everything.The owner was very helpful and kind to us.
We will definitely come back.

Great Apartment
We really enjoyed our stay at Jorge's apartment. It is right on the bus route into town and close to all amenities. Parking underground for our car. It was all good!

Very thoughtful and considerate owners.
The apartment is ten minutes from El Bosque Mall which made for convenient shopping and transport access. The complex security guards were helpful also in assisting with transport. The apartment is as described and I am grateful for the care and attention the owners put into meeting all of our needs.

Damage deposit claimed for bringing with us a 1-year-old baby who did NO damage at all!
We thought we had found a good deal, because the apartment was relatively well located and large enough for our purposes, because it accommodates 4 persons. We were three adults and a 3-year-old child who slept in the same room as we did, so a whole room stayed untouched by us. But we also brought our little 1-year-old baby with us, of course, who does not use the bathroom, sleeps literally in the same bed as us, and barely even eats solid food, and the owner (who is not the person who handed us the keys) told us via written message that he had to charge $40 for the “extra person,” taking the money from the damage deposit. When we responded and explained just what kind of “extra person” it was, he changed his story and said that he had to charge us because of some “TripAdvisor policies.” When we said that that was strange, he just said that we had not booked correctly and that this presented an “inconvenience,” so that he had to take the $40 anyway, regardless of the age of the person and regardless of the fact that TripAdvisor did not have the “policies” he said it had. Obviously, he just wanted to take the money, and he did so.
BEWARE THIS OWNER, in other words, FOR HE WILL CLAIM YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT, EVEN IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE AT ALL (the person who got the keys back, the owner’s mother, even thanked us for having left the apartment in perfect condition... in fact, in an even better condition than the one in which we got it, because when we arrived the towels were wet and we had to put them in the drier before being able to use them).
Nice apartment but NOT A NICE OWNER.

Unfortunately Roberto when you did the reservation the information was wrong, when we rent our apartmen we don't charge per person, our fee is for the all place, and we have a extra charge (20usd per person) if there is more than 4 people only if the guest is agree that we have only 3 beds , when you arrive there was 5 people , 3 adults and 2 child's, and I send you a message about the inconvenience trying to be the most polite possible with you, even that we had the right to cancel the reservation because of your mistake we did everything to make your stay very comfortable, in this case we are not taking your money , we didn't even charge you because for us to take the 40 USD you need to be agree and then TRIPADVISOR can send us that money, wich is not the case , in the future I recommend you to be more careful the moment that you put the information in your next reservations, for us it was a pleasure to have you as a guest and wish you the best for you and all your family.

Mi familia y yo quedamos muy satisfechos de habernos hospedado en el departamento de Jorge y Marcia. Un lugar muy acogedor, cómodo, confortable, tiene todo lo necesario es como vivir en tu propia casa. Un lugar impecable, moderno de bonita decoración. Seguros de que en nuestro siguiente retorno a Cuenca tendremos lugar seguro donde hospedarnos.

we are located in a quiet area of the city not far from the historical center, for your convenience we have the Monay shopping mall and the Grand Aki a few minutes away from the building and also a grocery store right on the ground floor.

There are two bus lines that pass in front of the building, line 3 that takes You directly to the historic center, one block from Abdon Calderon Park and line 1 that takes you to the bus terminal.
