Completamente amobladas ideal para estadías largas y pensando en su comodidad esta equipado :cocina de inducción, frigo, comedor, cubiertos, platos. ollas, licuadora, Sofá.
La Habitaciones cuentan con Ventana y luz natural TV Smart. mesa de noche, closet y Wifi 50 megas en el día y 100 megas en las noches.

Familiäre Atmosphäre in gemütlichem Gästehaus
Zu Beginn hatte ich nur 2 Wochen Aufenthalt in Miriams Gästehaus geplant um mich für mein Auslandssemester nach Wohnungen umzuschauen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Atmosphäre machten mir die Entscheidung zu bleiben allerdings sehr leicht. Miriam und ihre Familie nehmen ihre Gäste mit Freuden auf und helfen bei sämtlichen Fragen und Problemen. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über saubere Zimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche und eine Hauskatze namens "Miau". Was will man mehr?
Ich habe meine Zeit bei Miriam bisher sehr genossen und freue mich 3 weitere Monate hier.

If I'm in Cuenca, you can always find me with Miryam and Richard...
Such gracious hosts, I feel as though I am visiting my family. I have stayed in both the BnB and in the Apartments. All are clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and the location is in a safe quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to El Centro and all the sights and shopping. Miryam has been so helpful when I've needed anything. Recommending restaurants, places to see, and how to get there. I have happily recommended them to many friends and all have been pleased. I hope to visit again soon!

A warm, welcoming retreat in Cuenca
My stay with Miryam and her family has exceeded my expectations . She is helpful, kind and her home is clean and spacious. I have never felt uncomfortable during my stay. Miryam welcomed me with horchata tea and invited me to share hot cocoa and marshmallows during the Christmas season. The family cat, MIAU is a sweetheart. I hope to return again, more than a host, she is a mentor and friend.
