La casa se encuentra en el interior de una de las calles mas comerciales de Cusco, por lo tanto es bastante silenciosa pero a pasos de los principales atractivos del centro histórico como la estacion de trenes y mercado de abastos de San Pedro, Plaza San Francisco, Qoricancha y por supuesto la Plaza de Armas.
Es un piso bastante iluminado con todos los servicios necesarios para tu comodidad
