The positives to staying here are the location, the friendly owners (whose house ajoinis the apartment) and of course the price which is very reasonable for this area. Situated on the hillside overlooking Lapad bay its only a short walk down hill from shops, restaurants, bars and the (stony) beach. The bus into the old city of Dubrovnk runs every 10 minutes and takes the same...very convenient.
The accomodation is quirky. The kitchen is very small but manageable if you've ever stayed in a caravan. The bedrooms are comfortable and quite spacious.
The terrace/eating area, due to the interwovnen vines that act as a roof, doesn't allow for sunbathing or uninterrupted views across Lapad.
The description does state that there is internet access but it is very intermittent and frustrating for those who want to stay connected whilst on holiday. The owners recognise this as a problem and did say they were trying to sort it out.
