Should you consider a short or long stay in Dubrovnik, we offer you a pleasant and cozy accommodation at the luxuries condo, near the center, only ten minutes away from Old Town by bus that passes by every 15-20 mins (bus stop is in front of the house). The Apartments are new and charmingly furnished to the highest standard, in the center of the tourist trade (majority of Dubrovniks hotels are located in this area:, Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. ). In the circle of 100 meters there are all what you need including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and good variety of restaurants. Great Stay, Great Host, Great Location

Arrived late at night after airport troubles and Nikola was there to greet us and help us park no problems. Very nice man who was very helpful, the apartment was great and perfectly located just outside Dubrovnik and in the small area of Lapad. Bus stop ideally stops right outside the apartment and a short ten min ride to town. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars and a supermarket around the corner to stock up the fridge. Two balconies so sun all day and brilliant air con to cool off. Couldnt recommend the apartments any more, we had a great stay. Thanks Nikola!

Well appointed apartment - good location

The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped with hob, oven, sandwich toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and iron/ironing board. The free wi-fi is good and there are lots of information leaflets about Dubrovnik and a small collection of books left behind by previous renters.We were made very welcome by Nikola (the owner) on arrival with lots of useful information including the location of a large supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The facilities available in the apartment meant that it was very easy to self-cater for at least some meals. The apartment is about 30 minutes walk form the Old Town, but there is a frequent bus which stops directly outside the apartment and costs about £1.20 each way. There is a brand new (just opened) beach area a few minutes walk away with cafes, bars and restaurants all in the area. The walk along the coast to the peninsula where the big hotels are located is very pleasant with lots of small rocky beach areas where it is possible to relax and swim in the crystal clear Adriatic. There are plenty of opportunities to go on excursions or for water sport activities in the area. Nikola was very helpful in driving us to the airport for our departure and storing our luggage for the day after vacating the apartment for an evening flight.

Excellent modern apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik. On Arrival we were greeted at the airport by Nikola who transported ourselves back to the apartment. He was very friendly and was more than happy to suggest places to visit, places to eat and activities to participate in. He really is a fantastic host. The apartment is situated by all the main local bars and restaurants and is very popular. The beach is located only a few hundred meters away where there are sun beds for hire, lots of bars and food available. In the apartment there is everything you need. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board, dish washer and washing machine. The washing machine was fantastic as we were able to wash our clothes before moving on to our next destination. If you wish to visit the old town the no 4 bus stops right outside the apartment. A trip into town is only £1.20 and you can purchase weekly tickets for approximately £15. Buses are always on time. A MUST DO DAY TRIP!! Nikola's friend is the captain on a 3 island boat tour. Nikola arranges this for you and you pay at the end of the trip when satisfied. You get picked up from the apartment rather than having to meet a pick up point. The day begins at 9am and you do not return until 7pm. All soft drinks and alcohol is included in the day and trust me there is plenty. The best part of the day is lunch at the captains house. This is also included. You are served superb food and refreshments. All this costs the equivalent of £25 per person. All other boat trips cost £40 and people we spoken to were not impressed. Book this apartment if you wish for a hassle free service. Within a few hours of booking Nikola will contact you via email and does so at various stages before and after you arrive to make sure your stay is perfect. Thanks Nikola.

Excellent Apartment, Excellent Location, Excellent Host

Apartment was very spacious, clean and light. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Location was excellent - with shops, restaurants, bars and walks all within very easy walking distance. We walked into Dubrovnik a couple of times - but generally found the frequent, reliable and well-priced bus too tempting. The weather (beginning of October)was much warmer and sunnier than we had dared hope for - even into the evenings. Our host, Nikola, could not have been more helpful - he went to great lengths to ensure that we knew the best places to eat and shop; and assured us that he was readily available if we needed more local information or help.He made us feel very welcome. Great Apartment in Good Location

We booked this apartment through TripAdvisor and contacted Nikola(Owner) to check availability and he replied immediately and kept regular contact with us. He also picked us up and dropped us off to/from Airport at a very reasonable price. The Apartment was one of three that he rents out and we were not disappointed. The Apartment was modern, clean and had everything you might need. The kitchen had everything including an integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, modern cooker and washing machine. The bathing/sun bathing areas were 5 minutes away and there were lots of local places to eat and it is a very relaxing area away from the busy Old City Area but is only a 10 minute bus ride away and the buses ran every 15 minutes and was very reliable.The Bus dropped off outside Nikola's Apartment and pick up was approx 100 metres away (Bus 4 Hotel Palace). There were also plenty of water sports available, also plenty of hire opportunities scooters, kayaks, motor boats, sailing, diving centre within Lapad Bay Area at bottom of street. Nikola also advised us on what opportunities were available, tours etc... We had a great two weeks using the Apartment as a base which had two balconies, one off the bedroom and one from open plan area. Great apartment, well connected.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and very clean. Good local amenities, with small supermarket round the corner and beach at the end of the road, and good transport links to city centre. Nikola (owner) was very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely few days here. Would definitely recommend :)

About the neighbourhood

If you are looking for a place that is located close to the beach and also very nice and clean don't look any further. Apartment are ideally located just a stone's throw from the beach and a short bus ride to Dubrovnik's lovely old town. Majority of Dubrovnik hotels are located in this area; Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. There are number of restaurants within a walking distance. About 50 metars up or down the street from apartments is a bus stop where you can catch a bus that will take you to the Old town within 10-15 minuts (bus #4), which on the way back stops right in front of the apartment. In the circle of 100 meters there are all what you may need including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and good variety of restaurants. There are swimming pools and fitness centers at hotel Park, hotel Uvala and hotel Kompas. All mentioned hotels are five minutes walking distance from apartments Nikola.

How to get there

HOW TO REACH US - We are pleased to inform you of some short tips on how to reach our accommodation. By aeroplane: Dubrovnik International Airport, located in Cilipi, 20 km from the town, is a modern tourist facility, capable of receiving all types/sizes of aircraft. However, Dubrovnik International Airport has excellent connections on regular commercial flights to all European centres and USA, both direct from Dubrovnik and through connection flights with Zagreb. For our guests, we provide the service of transportation from the airport to our Apartments by car for €30 EUR. The airport is 24 km away from Dubrovnik. To arrange a transfer you just need to send us the flight number and time of arrival and we will wait for you at the airport. Airport pick-up can be arranged at any time (0-24). By boat: Ferries operated by Jadrolinija company link Rijeka, Split, Dubrovnik and many other places in between, and offer an excellent opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastline and thousand islands. Dubrovnik is also linked with several points in Italy with a Car Ferry Service. Transportation from the port is available through the local city bus lines 1A or 1B (about a 10-minute ride), or we can arrange a direct transfer by car to our accommodation. By car: The road network in Croatia consists of sixteen state roads, 30 county roads, and 59 local roads. The entrances to Dubrovnik can be reached by Adriatic road and any other mentioned roads. When coming from Split and approaching the city of Dubrovnik you will cross a bridge, called the „Franjo Tudjman Most“. After mentioned bridge just follow the road and at the first crossroads, you will have to turn right.
