The studio is located in the 3rd floor of the podium with an easy access using the high speed lifts. The residence is secured 24/7 and there is a concierge. The spot of this rare to find apartment: - It is overlooking the splendid Burj Khalifa tower and the pool from its balcony with a magnificent Arabic Style Majlis corner. What you will have? - This large studio (77m2) can host up to 3 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all needed appliances (kettle, toaster, Nespresso/Magimix coffee machine, microwave, oven, cook, fridge, kitchen essentials, dining service, dishwasher...). You can enjoy your breakfast around the table in the balcony or in the bar side of the kitchen. - The living room has a new L shape sofa convertible to bed (for the third guest) and equipped with a TV connected to wifi, Youtube and Netflix. - The bedroom is equipped with a new king size bed and decorated with a stunning lighting, a dressing cabinet with drawers and hangers. - In the laundry space, you will find all needed cleaning materials (vacuum machine, washing machine, iron, broom...). - The bathroom/ toilet is well equipped with a bathtub/shower, soap, toilet paper, towels... - If you need an office, you can use the work space at the entrance. The Internet connection: Our studio is equipped now with DU Fibre cable at 500 Mbps download, with an advanced wifi router together with a Netflix account. The Facilities: - The pools, the sauna and the gym you can use until 10 pm as you wish. - The badminton, Squash, Barbecue area, Game room, Meeting room: at least 24h advanced booking is needed and depending on availability (We can take care of the booking if you inform us in advance). It is very easy to access all the facilities using the lift to Podium 1. Your daily needs : - For grocery, you have carrefour market 24H/7 in the residence, a pharmacy in the corner side, a beauty salon, a coffee shop, restaurants... - If you need to go to Dubai mall, fountains, the restaurants in the boulevard Mohamed Bin Rashid, the access is within 7 min walking distance. How to get there

You can easily access the residence from Dubai airport by taxi. It takes 15-20 min depending on traffic and the cost is about 70 AED( if you take a yellow taxi not the black limousine). Or using the metro to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa metro station and then either walk through Dubai Mall or take the bus/shuttle F13 and stop at The palace station station. You will then need to walk back in the boulevard to reach the residence.
