With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and TV/sitting area, and a terrace with amazing views, there's plenty of space to make you feel like home while visiting. All tabs have hot water, both bedrooms have A/C, smart TVs, and queen beds. All the amenities are in place whether you're looking to cook or just having some friends over for drinks. The living room furniture is high-end to ensure quality relaxation, and we are sure you’ll be impressed with the level of comfort, style, and sophistication the apartment provides. Guests have full access to all the facilities of the apartment and the building. You will have access to the entire apartment. It is your home away from home. We are available 24/7 for any inquiries or questions you might have. Our office is located just around the corner as well. Upon making a reservation, you will receive access to our virtual guidebook helping you make the most of your time in the city. This is an apartment and your privacy is very important to us. There is no daily room service, but if you need cleaning or a change of towels/bedsheets just let us know and we will happily take care of it. The building does not have any parking. Parking is allowed on the street, but we recommend using the secure public parking lot located one and half block away. The use of the laundry area is an additional cost and is done by our maids. The 19% IVA (local tax) is not included in our rates. If you want to avoid paying the tax, you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that our check-in person can take a picture of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist and exempt from the tax. Check-in is between between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. We are happy to provide an early check-in if our calendar permits it. After 8:00pm there is a late check-in fee of 10 USD or 30.000 COP payable in cash upon arrival. This helps us pay for transportation and the over-time work for our staff. Thank you for your consideration. El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located right around the corner from Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city. Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged.
