Toss your cares away and come to the beach! This bright and well-furnished condo is located in the exclusive "San Lorenzo" area of Salinas, one block east of the Hotel Barceló Colon. Right across the street from a great beach without any of the noise of bars and restaurants in the rest of beach-front Salinas. A residential area but only a 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants and grocery store. We have the best section of beach in Salinas without the crowds.
Beautiful 2nd floor unit has a huge balcony that opens to the living and dining areas as well as the second bedroom. Sit down, relax and listen to the waves breaking. The building has an elevator and security guards on duty 24/7 who can also assist you with cabs and shopping.

Fantastic experience
Travelled with my husband,adult daughter & her boyfriend following a trip to the Galapagos islands. The condo was large & comfortable with all the appliances to go with it. We made great use of the blender for our afternoon fruit drinks. Being on the 2nd floor the large balcony was fun for people watching. Venders called out to sell their fish early in the am. We were there over New Years & experienced the tradition of the burning of the paper mache dolls, as well as fireworks like nothing we have ever seen before. Quite the experience! Being at the end of the Malecon could be noisy at times, but we did not have a problem at night with the air conditioner on in the bdroom & the window closed. You will not be disappointed with this condo. The beach is just accross the street . The larger parts of the beach is just a few minutes walk. Babs the owner was very helpful Arranging even for us to be picked up in Guayaquil. Thanks Babs ! We had a great trip.
