Security Deposit 12,000 THB or 300 euros or any equivalent foreign currency, It will be returned after electricity is paid and no damage in the villa.
Check-in and check-out: Check- in is done after 3pm , Check-out is done before 11am
Late Check-in or Early Check-out:
Check-in after 7pm needs an extra fee of 1,000 bahts
Check-out before 8am needs an extra fee of 1,000 bahts
From Phuket International Airport, take a taxi to our property. Provide the address to the taxi driver for their reference. The ride is only about an hour. For the convenience of our guests, we can arrange an airport transfer for them.
