Villa Ananda is a unique three story luxury stone villa located on a hillside with stunning panoramic views encompassing distant mountains, Kalkan Bay, and a wonderful stretch of sea and islands. The interior design and furnishings throughout are luxurious and full of character. The equally attractive external area includes a beautiful stone terrace and Mediterranean garden with a marble topped table for dining out enjoying evening sunsets and the starry sky at night. The villa can accommodate as many as 7 guests. The two bedrooms on the first floor have double beds, in addition to which the living room area on the ground floor has a sofa bed and large divan. About the neighbourhood

The main feature of the villa has to be its absolutely stunning panoramic view of Mediterranean sea and Taurus mountains– all the way from Baba Dag (Father Mountain) overlooking Oludeniz to Kalkan Bay and islands, and farther down the coast towards the neighbouring resort of Kas. Situated at an elevation of 400 metres, the villa catches sea breezes and is always a few degrees cooler than Kalkan which is just 3 kilometres distant. Nearby the villa is the start of an ancient mule track that forms part of the famous Lycian Way. This track winds its way up the mountain behind the apartment and leads down on the other side to the beautiful upland valley (yayla) of Bezirgan.

Getting around

This is by no means an exhaustive list, there are numerous different day trips and excursions around Kalkan: beautiful Kaputas and Patara beaches, mountains, Saklikent gorge, cedar forest, many archeological sites of the Ancient Lycia.
