Located in the Kışla area of Kalkan, Villa Ateş is a 4 bedroom villa with capacity to host 8 persons. It has its own private pool with nice views of the Kalkan Bay and Harbour. New for the 2022 season, the terrace will be offering an outdoor bar, a jacuzzi and living spaces in the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset. The villa itself is very close to the sea, and just a few minutes walk to Kalkan Beach Club and Jojo Beach Club. The kitchen is modern with all the appliances you would expect, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave. A dining table and chairs to seat 8 people is also provided and overlooks the pool. Conveniently, the twin bedroom and a double bedroom are located at the rear of the villa, on the ground floor. First Floor – Villa Ates The first floor is dedicated to two of the double bedrooms, both of which have sea view balconies. Roof Top – Villa Ates New for the 2022 season, the terrace will be offering an outdoor bar, a jacuzzi and living spaces in the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful turquoise water of Kalkan Bay and amazing Mediterranean sunset. Outside – Villa Ates Accessed from the lounge and kitchen areas, the outside terrace has a private pool which is 7m x 3m x 1.6m deep.
