If you are looking for a villa that combines true luxury, clean contemporary design, space in abundance, and what has to be one of the most spectacular views in Kalkan, then read on! Villa Tuna was completed in 2012. Beautifully architecturally designed, it nestles on the edge of a cliff in the furthest corner of Kisla, one of Kalkan's most beautiful and peaceful areas. it offers 5 bedrooms, three pools (one is a spectacular triangular shaped infinity pool) beautiful design and top end décor throughout, plus some wonderful 'extras' that you would expect from a luxury property (such as huge master bedroom suite, and a covered games area with a table tennis table!) Reviewed 26 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We were a group of eleven family members who stayed at this villa in September 2013. Although difficult to find as tucked away at the very far corner of Kismi (the owner kindly met us at the petrol station and guided us in) the villa itself and views were magnificent!
Lots of nooks and crannies to escape to if needed as each of the beautiful five bedrooms had its own balcony or terrace. Lovely large living area with the views over to Kalkan to die for.
This view is still etched in my mind every time I have a shower as my bathroom window faced this magical panorama.
Only two buts....the villa would benefit from some basic essentials in the kitchen e.g. salt, pepper, oil, etc, although we were left a very welcome, welcome pack including bread, wine, biscuits. Also the BBQ area could have a few more lights. We had two very romantic evenings with lots of candles and still couldn't see what we were eating!
The ease of booking and help we received from Amil was...

About the neighbourhood
Kalkan is an elegant harbour town set in the heart of the old Lycian region. It is relatively cosmopolitan, with wonderful restaurants and great places to stay. The Taurus Mountains provide a stunning backdrop, whilst the views across the bay are remarkable
This beautiful and sophisticated bougainvillea-covered harbour town is set in a breathtaking landscape in the heart of the Turquoise Coast.
Tourism is still relatively new in Kalkan, with the first visitors being yachtsmen who discovered the delights of the harbor and the town in the late 1980’s.Strict conservation laws have ensured that the heart of the old village retains an authentic ambience that attracts (according to the Sunday Times) the sort of visitor who might also be enchanted by, say, Tuscany or the Dordogne.
