Villa
Villa Dilara is a luxurious and generously proportioned detached private villa, ideally positioned with stunning uninterrupted views over the waters of Kalamar Bay. The villa is in a private location and is not overlooked. The huge terrace with its magnificent (heated) infinity pool and shaded gardens make this a villa where you can relax in peaceful surroundings and soak up the sun.
The main terrace or the more private roof terrace are both ideal for an evening 'sundowner' while watching the magnificent sunset over the bay. Spacious open plan living area, five large airy bedrooms all with fabulous views. Beautiful bespoke fittings and furnishings.
There is a large games room, under the pool, with table tennis, full size pool table, Nintendo Wii, DVD and 42" LCD TV and comfortable sofa...

Amazing stay at Villa Dilara in Kalkan Turkey
Our family have just had an amazing week at Villa Dilara . The villa itself was a fantastic size for 10 people… the pool was amazing.. the views were amazing.. the kitchen had every gadget anyone could need.. we used the washing machine… great help with having small children. The beds were comfy. There is a fully apartment in the basement with a pool table which was used every day… can not fault the villa.. The local cafè Vita was amazing for full English breakfasts delivered to the villa.. the taxi service was amazing snd very reasonable.. the old town was something else… went to the beautiful roof top restaurants and they didn’t disappoint.. we have fell in love with Kalkan…

Wonderful large villa with stunning views
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Kalkan and found Villa Dilara to be a wonderful place to stay. Felix made the whole booking procedure very easy and was extremely helpful with resort information and also arranged our private taxi transfer. The villa is of a very high standard and was very clean. The master bedroom was vast in size, with an enourmous comfortable bed and this and the other double on the first floor share a spacious balcony with breathtaking views over Kalamar bay, great for having a coffee in the morning. The children loved the games room, which was great when they wanted some chill time, out of the sun. The outside area is lovely, with plenty of loungers and the pool was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. The villa was in a great location and the Beach club was less than a 10 minute walk down the hill. The whole family loved it down there as there is something for everyone, watersports, sea trampoline, pedaloes, kayaks and a nice restaurant with drinks service to your sun lounger. They even give you a lift home at the end of the day, if you don't fancy the walk back up the very steep hill. There are 3 small supermarkets within a short walk and we found the Can Can to be the best stocked. They offer a delivery service which is brilliant when you have alot of heavy bags to carry back in the heat. The town and harbour are also within walking distance and I would say it takes about 20 to 25 minutes at a leisurely pace, although if you prefer to get a taxi, these are very cheap and you can ring for one easily and never have to wait long. There are some superb restaurants, our favourites were Baharat in the town and Gusto at the harbour. If you fancy staying closer to home, there are also restaurants only a couple of minutes walk from the villa. The House restaurant is only about 100 yards and is particularly good. We also got takeaway from here one evening after we'd had a busy day out on a trip, which was great. If you fancy some trips out, I would definitely recommend booking through Yasin at Volume Travel. He is the most friendly and helpful guy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Overall Villa Dilara is fabulous place to stay and we will certainly look at returning when we next visit Kalkan. Thank you Felix for a wonderful holiday.

Amazing Villa Dilara with beautiful sea views
It is the first time that we have been to Kalakn and lucky for us, we found Villa Dilara. It is absolutely gorgeous. The views are stunning, especially from the top terrace as the sun goes down. The villa is massive and nicely decorated to a very high standard. It is one of the only villas that I have stayed in the last 10 years with children of various ages that it caters for all your needs. There is a Nintendo Wii, dvd's for tolder kids and even toys for babies and toddlers. There are even plastic containers for Granny, who likes to save all the leftover food from the delicious BBQ that we cooked on our 2nd to last night. The owner could not have been more helpful in suggesting restaurants and places to go, as well helping with our transfers to make our holiday as easy and perfect as possible. Kalkan is an amazing place to stay, filled with great restaurants and shops and the service and hospitality has been amazing. We will definitely be coming back to Kalakn and booking Villa Dilara. Can't wait for Summer 2019.

Beautiful Kalkan Villa
We joined friends at this ample-sized villa in Kalkan. The spacious house with a large lounge / kitchen / dining area, and big bedrooms has a relaxing area outside with pool, sun beds, outside dining and chairs. There's also a separate huge games room with pool/snooker table and sofas. The whole villa is marbled/tiled and has all the facilities you'd expect. It's a short walk to several restaurants and hotels, and a beech/marina area and not too far to walk into the main town. Taxis are easy to book so you're never far away. Very happy to recommend and would be delighted to stay there again.

Stunning Villa Dilara in wonderful Kalan
Villa Dilara is a beautiful new 5 bedroom property located on the hill above Kalamar Bay. The views from the villa are stunning.
The villa is decorated to a very high standard and makes you feel like you are staying at a 5* boutique hotel. All of the bedrooms are large and airy and all but one has a balcony looking out to sea, the pool is a great size and the terrace is enormous. There is a beautiful shaded garden at the back overlooking the olive grove and the mountains. It is a great place for some quiet reading. The games room has a pool table, a ping pong table and is fab great the kids to get out of the sun and for the grown ups in the evenings.
The villa is very well located with a 5 minute walk to the nearest quiet restaurant/ bar and a small supermarket. The Kalamar Beach club is a 5-10 minute stroll, downhill and they will kindly drive you home after spending a day there.
This is a superb villa with all you could want. The owner could not have been more helpful and the management of the villa in the resort is fantastic. The team were extremely efficient, any minor problems were resolved within an hour. I would highly recommend this villa and the resort .

About the neighbourhood
Distances<BR>The closest beach/sea is a 3 minute walk from the villa. The main Kalkan beach is approximately a 20 minute walk (buses available) The centre of Kalkan is approximately 5 minutes away if travelling by car or taxi. A 15 minute drive will take you to either Patara or Kaputas Beach. Fethiye the closest large town is approximately an hour away by car or bus, and Kas a lovely small harbour town is about 25 minutes away. There are many historical sites in the area all within a short drive<BR><BR>Coast/Beach<BR>It is just 300 metres to Kalamar Bay Beach Club. The beach club offers diving, jet skis, water skiing, pedalos and canoes. There is a great cafe with service to your sunbed. It is approximately a 20 minute walk to the main Kalkan beach to which local bus (dolmus) runs every half an hour. The famous Patara beach is 4 kilometres away (local buses every hour) with 18 km of sparkling sand or in the other direction is Kaputas Beach with approx 150 steps to a beautiful sandy cove.<BR><BR>Special Interest Holidays<BR>Painting holidays, walking holidays, cooking holidays, photography holidays, diving holidays can be arranged. A wedding planning service can also be arranged for our guests to be married in beautiful Kalkan.<BR>Further Details<BR>There are several banks all offering ATM facilities. There are also many businesses offering exchange facilities with excellent rates. Credit cards and sterling are also happily accepted. There are 2 small supermarkets within easy walk of the villa and several small restaurants and bars which offer excellent value. The supermarkets also offer a delivery service. Kalkan is a sophisticated resort with a myriad of restaurants, many of them rooftop with marvellous views of the sea and the harbour. This area of Turkey is full of archaeological sites and places of outstanding beauty all within easy reach of Kalkan<BR><BR>Eren Dag ski resort is now up and running in Seki which means that Kalkan is an ideal base for a skiing break in winter. The resort is close to Fethiye, around an hours drive from kalkan, and offers great skiing with very cheap ski hire and lift passes. A number of restaurants remain open in Kalkan over the winter.

The nearest Airport is Dalaman and we can arrange transfers if required. There is really no nee to hire can in Kalkan because there are lots of yellow taxi cabs that arrive in minutes and are relatively cheap.
Flights can also be taken to Antalya, although it is a slightly longer transfer to and from the airport.
