Villa Sea Breeze is perfect for family and friends who enjoy true luxury and are looking for a memorable holiday on which to unwind, kick back and relax. There is plenty at the villa, and in Kalkan, to keep both young and older generations entertained. Villa Sea Breeze is a luxury south facing contemporary triplex villa nestled into the hillside with the Taurus mountains as its' backdrop and amazing panoramic sea views to the front. With four double ensuite bedrooms, Villa Sea Breeze is ideally designed for 8 people but can accommodate up to 10 if guests 9 & 10 are two additional children under 12. There is a sofa bed and also a put you up bed in Bedroom 3.

A brilliant place to stay
Villa Sea Breeze is just the most gorgeous, sumptuous villa I have ever stayed in. The furniture, soft furnishing and decorations are all high end and all look really plush. You can tell that a lot of thought must have gone into the design. The bathrobes were a lovely touch and the luxury bathroom products made me feel really spoilt there. The beds are very comfy (I normally have problems sleeping in new beds, but not there) and we even had feather pillows to sink into at night. And talk about beds – what an amazing treat to wake up to those fabulous views! The views are fab from all the beds, but next time I go I will fight for the master bedroom – in there you can wake up, open your eyes and be faced with a view truly to die for. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi looked extremely tempting but when we went in February it was too cold for swimming so I can’t wait to try them out when I go back later this year. The villa is a large one with plenty of seating, plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans so we were never short of anything we needed. There was a lot to keep us entertained during our nights in with games tables, board games and TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms plus the one in the lounge. (One is a 3D TV). All have Apple TV and I hadn’t realised how much you can do with Apple TV linked to an i-pad! The wi-fi works well throughout the villa so we were able to keep in touch when we wanted. The management team fell over themselves to help at every opportunity and Ramazan reliably brought us fresh bread each morning for breakfast. The stunning views from the villa are as a result of it being up a steep hill high above the village. The walk down to the shops and harbour is an enjoyable 10 minute one, but we opted for a taxi back each time. The taxis are reasonable (TL14 when we were there) and I would think that in the summer heat it would be even more necessary. Kalkan village is a cute place with loads of restaurants and places to sit and while away some time people watching. The beach in Kalkan is a pebble one so we went to Patara beach just down the road (I think it was about 10 minutes by car) and found that it was miles and miles of quite unspoilt sand and sea with only us on it. I will be interested to see what it is like in the busier months, but I was told by the locals that it is still a relatively quiet beach even then. We went to stay in Villa Sea Breeze in February for two weeks. We weren’t expecting much in the way of sun but actually had the most beautiful weather one week and a few days of rain the next. Even then it was relatively warm, though, and bright. Prior to going, the owners of the villa, Suzanne and Jon, were very attentive to all my questions and very accurate and honest in their replies, so thanks for your help guys! We had a brilliant time there and can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Couldn't of been better would defiantly stay again
This villa is amazing it is so fresh and modern with beautiful views. It is very clean and the decor is brilliant. The town is very quirky with lots of lovely shops and restaurants. I would defiantly recommend Trio. I would defiantly stay here again would recommend it to anyone

I can't wait to go go back again! It was amazing.
Our holiday at this luxurious villa was everything we could have wished for and more, we could easily, (and very happily), have stayed a lot longer. From the careful thought that has clearly been given to ensure we had everything we needed, either at the villa or for beach trips and days out, to the lovely pool that we spent most of our time in. I came with 2 children aged 5 and 6 and they had a wonderful time, the jacuzzi was perfect for them to relax in safely and the infinity pool was great for their swimming lessons!! They could both swim by the end of our stay. There was plenty of room any many things to do. We are already planning our return trip for next year. It was brilliant.

We have just returned from one of the most memorable holidays ever at the Villa Sea Breeze in Kalkan. The moment we walked up the steps towards the entrance we were thrilled by this wonderful villa. From the highest quality furniture and fittings, to the polished marble floors, the luxurious showers and wet room, the infinity pool, Jacuzzi, games room, outdoor dining and bar, spectacular views. The list goes on. Every area of this gorgeous home from home continued to surprise and delight us.
Everything had been thought of to make our holiday perfect. Little touches like UK plug adaptors and insect repellent were on hand. Not significant on their own but an indication of the thought and care that has gone into designing and fitting out this amazing villa. Even beach towels and bags were there for our use. The villa manager Ramazan was on hand to answer any questions we had or to give us advice on where to eat or visit. For one evening we engaged Kazim, the owner of Chefs At Home Kalkan, who cooked the most amazing, genuine Turkish food for us. He visited us the day before to discuss menu and likes or dislikes. I have been visiting Turkey since 1986 and lived there for several years so my expectations of the building were of the usual Turkish standard. OK but not outstanding. No longer. This villa is by far the most impressive I have ever seen in Turkey. Trip advisor only goes up to 5 stars. That’s not high enough. Go there before it’s booked up!

Photo's don't do it justice!
Fabulous villa, very spacious, well equipped, lovely interior design and all boasting amazing views over Kalkan and the bay!! Everything has been thought of for your comfort and enjoyment.
The infinity pool and Jacuzzi were brilliant for cooling down in the sun while looking out at the view. A comfortable sunbed for everyone (including soft towels) with big umbrellas for shade and a large outdoor dining area.
4 big double bedrooms all with en-suite and air conditioning. Great for 2 families as living accommodation is over 3 floors. (2 bedrooms on top floor, 2 bedrooms on ground floor).
Everyone enjoyed the pool table and table tennis on the lower patio and garden area, there is also a bar where we sat and had drinks every evening.
Kalkan is a great location with many fantastic restaurants and shops all within walking distance from the villa. However you might enjoy an easy taxi ride back up which is good value.
To sum it all up - Kalkan and Villa Sea Breeze is a winning combination to a fabulously memorable holiday.

Absolutely Wonderful
Villa Sea Breeze really exceeded our expectations, not only the stunning view, accommodation, pool, interior & outside furniture, the Villa Management etc however also all smaller details like Apple TV, Play Station, bathrobes & towels in Sea Breeze logo/colors, Bluetooth Bose speakers, kitchen ware / glasses / cutlery and much more one does not have (expect) in most other places made us have an absolutely wonderful experience at the Villa Sea Breeze.

Just book..........you won't be disappointed!
There is only word to describe this villa......Wow! 4 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning (our bedroom had a spectacular view of Kalkan and its harbour). Interior was modern and very spacious and the free wi-fi was a welcomed unexpected touch. The outside area is superb with a fantastic infinity pool, 8 sun-beds, two large tables so you can eat al fresco and a BBQ . Downstairs there's a bar (used everyday by us!) a pool table and table tennis as well as a small pretty garden.
Kalkan's shops and many restaurants are just a short walk away. Meals are all reasonably priced, I would suggest you go for a rooftop terrace table for amazing views of the harbour.
We will definitely be returning for future holidays, great villa, lovely restaurants and fantastic weather. I can't recommend it enough

Stunning, Beautiful, Wow......
All words that easily sum up Villa Sea Breeze.
Fabulous spacious villa with beautiful decor. Stunning infinity pool with jacuzzi, fantastic outside areas.. Plenty of sun beds, outdoor dining and seating. Views to die for....
So many extras, tv's, Apple TV, games console, beach bags and towels.. The list goes on.
Absolute comfort in every way, superb kitchen.. Everything you could possibly need.
Beautiful bedrooms and amazing bathrooms.. We were a family group of ten, we had plenty of space, awesome!!
It was our second visit to Kalkan which we absolutely love.. Kalkan is very different from some other busy, built up, noisier areas of Turkey.. Give Kalkan a try.. It is stunning with amazing views, plenty to do, lovely friendly people and fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. Some of our favourites.. Aubergine, Trio, Marine, Doy Doy, Salt n' Pepper and the amazing Indigo Beach Club.. Great relaxed feel, fab food and drinks with the best views ever!!!
Superb holiday from start to finish.. Thank you to Suzanne and Jonathan for having us and arranging our transfers and helping with our early arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Tarik for all his help and to Ramazan and his lovely wife for looking after us during our stay.
Could go on as there is so much more to say..

Amazing villa in a special town
You’re spoilt for choice in Kalkan when it comes to villas and we’ve stayed in a number of fantastic places on our trips to this special town. Sea Breeze may just be the best we’ve found. There are a number of factors that make it so.
Interior - The most comfortable and well appointed villa we’ve stayed in. The finish is that of a well loved home and no expense has been spared on getting everything just right. The owners seem to have thought of everything practical and added a number of luxuries. The kitchen in particular is extremely well stocked and the view from the main work surface makes a bit of self catering a real pleasure. The 2 upper floor bedrooms are light and airy with spectacular views out over the sea. The beds are comfortably firm and fitted with high quality linen.
Exterior - Apple TV and a large comfortable sofa provide a perfect option if you’re unlucky with the weather but most of our time was spent taking in the spectacular views from the villa’s wonderful outside spaces. The two bedroom balconies provide a great viewing platform, the second of the two giving some early shade. The pool area stays sunny throughout the day and there is a variety of seating and dining furniture. Downstairs, the shaded games area is perfect for a break from the sun and there’s a handy bar with a fridge and sink.
Location - High enough to take advantage of the spectacular views but not so far that a 20 minute stroll into town isn’t too much of a strain. The uphill walk back might prove a little too much for many given the heat and inevitable full stomachs so a regular taxi at around 15 lira is something to factor into your budget. As a relatively new villa, Sea Breeze isn’t well known amongst the local taxi drivers so we found directing to the older neighbouring Villa Yunus saved any confusion. A small mini market has just opened a hundred yards from the villa which is extremely convenient and not badly priced.
Service - The villa management team do a great job. We had bread delivered daily and the villa is cleaned every day at the time you specify. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the brilliant Ramazan even helped resolve a small dispute we had with a taxi driver. The villa owners have also been extremely helpful leading up to our trip, with quick and friendly responses to all our questions. Our transfers were pre-arranged and the hour and a half journeys were comfortable and punctual.
Staying in the Villa Sea Breeze helped enhance a fantastic family holiday immeasurably. A lot of thought has gone into the customer experience and there was no stress involved at any stage from initial booking through to a sad farewell. We’ll certainly be back and thank the owners and the management team for their care and hard work.

Relaxing luxurious stay
We have just returned from villa 'Sea Breeze' in Kalkan with heavy hearts and wonderful memories.
We stayed in Villa Sea Breeze in the first week of September and loved every second. The villa is located in Kalkan; a picturesque town which once was a Greek fishing village (this is still evident in the beautiful architecture). The villa's high vantage point gives amazing panoramic views of the mountains and the bay below. The views even in the night time are magical with the twinkling lights of Kalkan town reflected in the bay.
The villa itself has been built and furnished with every convenience and is luxurious to the tiniest detail. Each en suite has bath robes and soft fluffy towels, the supply of complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash also meant no mad dash to the supermarket. The bedrooms are furnished with the highest quality beds and bedding- being a bit of an awkward sleeper i often struggle to sleep in a bed other than my own, however i fell asleep with ease at villa Sea Breeze. The availability of air conditioning in every room would also mean a holiday at all times of the year would be lovely. Staying in September, we didn't need the use of the air con as the temperature was around 35 degrees at the highest and a comfortable 20 degrees in the evening. The position of the villa means that the gentle autumn breeze in the evenings kept us cool and comfortable.
We mostly spent our days lounging in and around the infinity pool during the daytime and strolling into town for dinner in the evening. We did go on a few day trips, as the otogar is a 5 minute stroll from the villa we were able to travel to Kas for a day shopping. The large market ( selling textiles, souvenirs, food etc) is on a Thursday and is well worth a look. Another trip took us to Patara beach which is stunningly beautiful with crystal clear water. We also took a boat trip to the sunken city, we used 'Meditteran' travel agency; easily found in Kalkan. A full boat trip of swimming and taking in the sights with lunch provided was a mere 70 lira each- well worth it.
Overall we cannot recommend villa Sea Breeze highly enough, we cant wait to return next year!. Thank you for such a relaxing luxurious holiday Suzanne and John.

About the neighbourhood
Villa Sea Breeze is situated in a quite, private location, but within an easy 15 - 20 min walk of Kalkan town centre or a few minutes drive. The public pebbled beach and the many Kalkan beach clubs are all accessible from the harbour in the centre of the old town. Some by free boat, Mahal, Zest, Denizim, Palm and Caretta. Others by foot, Indigo, Çakil and Yali. You pay a nominal fee for your sunbed hire and then food & drinks on top as you wish and the boat returns you for free to the harbour when you're ready to go.
Getting around
There is plenty of off street parking at the bottom of the steps leading up to Villa Sea Breeze if you have a car with you. You can drive into town in a few minutes or it is an easy walk downhill within 15-20 minutes. The walk back up is quite a lot tougher so a taxi is recommended (yellow taxi rank is easy to find in the town with lots of cabs) or return by car if you have one.

How to get there
During the main season, most airports fly directly to Dalaman (90 minutes) and Antalya (3 hours). Out of season you may need to fly to Istanbul and pick up a short domestic flight to Dalaman. You can hire a car directly from the airport or Kalkan (we can arrange this for you). The drive from Dalaman airport is a spectacular one that follows the coast road and takes you through breath taking scenery on your journey. Private transfers from Dalaman Airport take 90 minutes and we can arrange these for you 2021 airport transfer prices: Car for up to 3 guests = £60 each way; People Carrier for up to 7 guests £75 each way; Minibus for over 8 guests = £90 each way Minibus for 8 guests or more. Directions if you are driving from Dalaman Airport - Leave the airport through the exit barrier (you will see a booth to pay your car parking charge) – as you exit you go straight on to the D555 Mugla Fethiye Yolu, dual carriageway, continue straight on – if you see a Suzuki garage you can turn right on to a single lane (rough) road. Continue to the end of this road and turn right on to the main road – the D400. Don't worry if you miss this right turn at the Suzuki garage as if you keep going, you will eventually reach a major intersection where the D555 meets the D400. Turn right onto the D400. (By turning right at the Suzuki garage you are only cutting out a couple of km).The D400 takes you all the way to Kalkan, The next major landmark is the Gocek tunnel. Drive to the toll booth, pay your 11 TRY Keep on the D400, signposted for Fethiye, Kas and Antalya. Don't drive into Fethiye town – stay on the D400 and once you have passed Fethiye (on your right) you will eventually come to a major junction with traffic lights. Follow the sign for Kas and turn right – still the D400 As you are approaching Kalkan the road goes uphill and as you come over the top of a hill you will see Kalkan Bay with Mouse and Snake islands on your right, The road splits into a dual carriageway with palm trees in the middle - you will see a major junction with traffic lights and a petrol station on the right, Turn left up the hill at this junction. Go round a hairpin bend until you see a blue sign on a blue post “KAKTUS SOKAK” (only approx. 200 to 300 yards from hairpin) on your right hand side - turn right here Go down the slope and straight ahead for a few hundred metres.Take the left fork up a concrete slope (Blue sign “VATAN CADDESI”). Villa Sea Breeze will be on your left hand side.
