You will be able to relax completely and enjoy your holiday complete with our VSB daily maid service. The team at Villa Sea Breeze will also clean the pool daily, attend to the garden, and set up your sun beds for a relaxing day on the terrace.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR - the garden level has lots of shaded outside space with a terrace for relaxing away from the mid-day sun, a great place to read a book, relax or lunch at the 6 seater table, If you are feeling more energetic, there is table tennis and pool on this level and you can grab a drink from the bar which has a fridge, juicer & smoothie maker. The garden level also has two large bedrooms which have been designed with a coastal feel. One has twin beds (and a good sized single sofa bed which is comfortable for either adults or children). This bedroom has a 42' 3D TV and a PlayStation 4. The second bedroom has a large double bed and both bedrooms have generous sized en-suite shower rooms. Additionally, there is a small laundry room that has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (although if you would rather out-source your laundry this can be arranged).
GROUND FLOOR - the heart of the villa is on the ground floor with a large sunbathing terrace and infinity pool with a Jacuzzi, which can be heated (this may be a good idea in low and mid season). Eight comfortable sun beds for you to soak up the rays and as the villa is south facing there is ample opportunity to do this throughout the day. There are also umbrellas to enjoy some shade if you need it. The terrace has a very large corner sofa set and coffee table along with a large table that seats eight and a smaller six seater table which is great if some of the group or the teenagers would rather have their own space. The purpose built traditional barbecue is a great alternative to the kitchen if you fancy 'cooking' on a night in.
Inside the villa on this level is the open plan living room & dining room, a modern, well equipped kitchen with all the mod cons needed, a café style espresso coffee maker and a breakfast bar island. Again you will notice the coastal theme with gentle colours and a modern contemporary feel, providing a very relaxed atmosphere in which to unwind. There is an extra WC & sink on this floor.
FIRST FLOOR - has two further double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, This really is a room with a view with the bed facing the breath-taking sea views out to Kalkan and Frank's Bay. It also boasts a large, separate dressing area with extra space to get ready for a night on the town and a modern, luxury glass walled bathroom with rain and hair washing showers.
The second double bedroom has been designed with a tropical feel in vibrant colours and has a large en-suite shower room again with rain and hair washing shower. All bedrooms have hair dryers and there are Molton Brown shampoos & soaps in all of our bathrooms. There is a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the bedrooms and in the lounge for your iPods and other devices.
We provide all bedding, bathroom towels, bathrobes and separate sun bed/pool towels as well as beach towels and beach bags included for your convenience.**The villa also has smoke detectors to every floor and a carbon monoxide tester near the kitchen as the hob is gas.
Please note that the towels and bedding are changed on day 7 of a two week stay.

We had such an amazing time at this wonderful villa. The beds were very comfy and all bathrooms were clean and luxurious. The pool is fantastic and comes with scenic views of Kalkan. I really couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Suzanne!

Gets better every time
We loved our holiday at the villa sea breeze in Kalkan, the villa itself is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in and if villas had a star rating like hotels do the this would easily achieve 6 stars! Suzanne and Jon, the owners, are always helpful and Kalkan itself is getting better and better with lots of fantastic restaurants to choose from. We also visited Zest beach club ( look out for the free boat taxi from the harbour) which was a brilliant day out.

Absolutely fantastic
We have just stayed at this villa and it was absolutely fantastic, the best place we have ever stayed at.
Everything is as described and more with lots of personal touches that make the place beautiful.
We got home and we have immediately booked for 1st October 2023!
Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful views, stunning villa.
Third time staying at Villa Seabreeze. Trying to persuade my family to go into town for dinner was so hard when they just loved the facilities of the villa and wanted to stay there all the time 😅
We spent a lot of time playing pool, table tennis, and card games at the second bar in the lower level garden area.
The pool was perfect temperature and very clean. The whole villa was cleaned daily and how the villa is styled gives it a homely feeling.
Thank you Villa Seabreeze for creating the best memories again - can’t wait to book again for next year… this time with another 2 family members 👶🏼👶🏼

Breathtaking beautiful peaceful A*********
The best family holiday we have even been on! Kalkan was recommended by a friend, after lots of searching of villas I found this one, from first contact the owners were polite, helpful & friendly.
Collection from the airport was arranged by them & from that moment we had the best holiday ! Villa sea breeze is absolutely beautiful, there are no other words to describe it!! Ramazan delivered us fresh bread every day, cleaned the pool & the sun loungers & generally tidied round. His wife & daughter came to clean the villa (although to be honest I had usually cleaned up as felt guilty sunbathing whilst she cleaned!) my youngest often sat with her daughter & did some colouring in the shade.
The supermarkets were in walking distance, I would recommend a taxi back up the hill though!!
Nothing was too much trouble, we ate in some beautiful restaurants, drank delicious cocktails & met some lovely friendly people. We had booked to go back for in 2020 but Covid scuppered those plans so we postponed to 2021 however thanks to Covid still playing silly buggars we have had to cancel that too 😢. Suzanne couldn’t have been more understanding & has made the whole process so much easier in what has been a very stressful year. We WILL be back in 2022 & we are determined to book for a whole month to compensate for our loss of 2 holidays.
If you are thinking about booking this villa all I can say is do it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing villa!
Villa SeaBreeze is a superb villa up in the hills overlooking Kalkan. You are a short walk into town and a taxi back up the hill is 20 lira. Outside the villa there is a taxi call button on the lamp post and a taxi arrives within 5-10 mins. There is a Bim supermarket a short uphill walk from the villa on Kadife Sk.
The villa is spacious, clean and well furnished. The multiple levels allow you to have space from other guests. Ramazan and his wife visit daily to tidy, clean and look after the villa.
Really enjoyed eating outside by the pool and using the bar area on the upper floor. I will miss waking up to a beautiful view of the bay and watching the sunset.
Suzanne was great through the whole process. She helped with organising transfers and recommended Kazim from Chefs at Home Kalkan, who came to the villa one evening and cooked a superb three course feast. Definitely a highlight of the holiday. We had food leftover for lunch the next day.
There is lots to do in the area. We visited Patra and Kaputas beach, Saklikent Gorge and Yakapark trout farm. We hired cars and went to Dalyan for the day and Ölüdeniz. I recommend visiting the sand dunes at Patara beach in the evening and watching the sunset. We did a boat trip round the bay in Kalkan.
We ate at some great places in town. I recommend Doy Doy, Sade (great steaks, ask for English style if you like steaks medium rare) Salonika, Olive Tree.
Cafe Del Mar and Botanik Garden Bar for chilled out vibe drinks. If you like crazy over the top cocktails then Black and Gold bar.
Looking forward to our next visit to Kalkan and villa SeaBreeze.

Amazing
We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Sea Breeze in August for 10 nights and were not disappointed in anyway. The villa is immaculate and the organisation from Suzanne and on site maintenance from Ramazan was spot on in every way. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone interested in staying in Kalkan. The location had amazing views but is on an incline so cheap taxis down to the town maybe required for the elder generation. If you decide to walk it is anout 10 to 15 minutes into town. Taxis are so cheap generally 20 lirs or about £3 so no real issue with getting a taxi. We kept whatsapp details for brothers Ahyan and Ahmet who always turned up when required. We had a cleaner come to the villa daily and water was topped up whenever required. The outdoor area including pool, bar, fridge and bbq were excellent. We booked chef Kazim to come and cook at the villa on Suzanne's recommendation and it was one of the best things that we did during our stay. His food and company was brilliant and we had enough left over to eat the following day. We went to Kalkan beach club for the day which we loved and took a boat trip with Ahmet Yihit on Sea Bella Junior which again was brilliant and the lunch prepared by his mum was out of this world. This is our 6th stay in Kalkan we have fallen in love with the place and its people and Villa Sea Breeze has only added to its appeal we definately hope to stay again some time soon and again highly recommend with no negatives to report thanks Suzanne, Ramazan and Kazim!

This is simply the best villa we have ever stayed in!
This villa is true luxury. The beds are comfortable, showers and bathrooms high spec, kitchen and living areas well equipped and comfortably furnished. In addition the outside space is way beyond what you would expect, The outside kitchen area is complete with fridge and freezer, sink, cupboards, comfortable seating area and BBQ. The large infinity pool, jacquzi
and attractive gardens add to the whole experience.
Suzanne, the owner arranged everything for us including transfers, a chef (please try it!) and a fantastic boat trip where we saw 3 turtles and swam in turquoise water and had the best lunch ever.
We were so sad to leave but will be booking again for next year 😀

Gorgeous villa with fantastic views
We had a brilliant time at Villa Sea Breeze and are happy to thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of staying there. It is beautifully clean and spacious and the outside kitchen/bar is fabulous. We stayed there with our three adult children and their partners and there was plenty of space for everybody to be together or have time to themselves. Dealing with Suzanne was fabulous, quick and helpful replies to everything and nothing was too much trouble. We took a boat trip on her recommendation which was a highlight and Kalkan was a fabulous place, just go!

Can we go back already?
We are having serious holiday blues since returning from Villa Sea breeze! There is no faulting that the villa is pure bliss and everything you would ever want and need in the beautiful town of Kalkan. Waking up to the beautiful view, to the infinity pool, to the small touches like beach bags and towels already provided in the villa - perfection. Everyone who was involved with the villa once we arrived were so helpful and friendly which made everything run so smoothly meaning we could totally relax. Would highly recommend this villa and will certainly be returning (hopefully longer than a week next time too!) Thank you villa sea breeze for the best week away with my partner and friends.

Villa Sea Breeze is situated in a quite, private location, but within an easy 15 - 20 min walk of Kalkan town centre or a few minutes drive. The public pebbled beach and the many Kalkan beach clubs are all accessible from the harbour in the centre of the old town. Some by free boat, Mahal, Zest, Denizim, Palm and Caretta. Others by foot, Indigo, Çakil and Yali. You pay a nominal fee for your sunbed hire and then food & drinks on top as you wish and the boat returns you for free to the harbour when you're ready to go.
Getting around
There is plenty of off street parking at the bottom of the steps leading up to Villa Sea Breeze if you have a car with you. You can drive into town in a few minutes or it is an easy walk downhill within 15-20 minutes. The walk back up is quite a lot tougher so a taxi is recommended (yellow taxi rank is easy to find in the town with lots of cabs) or return by car if you have one.

How to get there
During the main season, most airports fly directly to Dalaman (90 minutes) and Antalya (3 hours). Out of season you may need to fly to Istanbul and pick up a short domestic flight to Dalaman. You can hire a car directly from the airport or Kalkan (we can arrange this for you). The drive from Dalaman airport is a spectacular one that follows the coast road and takes you through breath taking scenery on your journey. Private transfers from Dalaman Airport take 90 minutes and we can arrange these for you 2021 airport transfer prices: Car for up to 3 guests = £60 each way; People Carrier for up to 7 guests £75 each way; Minibus for over 8 guests = £90 each way Minibus for 8 guests or more. Directions if you are driving from Dalaman Airport - Leave the airport through the exit barrier (you will see a booth to pay your car parking charge) – as you exit you go straight on to the D555 Mugla Fethiye Yolu, dual carriageway, continue straight on – if you see a Suzuki garage you can turn right on to a single lane (rough) road. Continue to the end of this road and turn right on to the main road – the D400. Don't worry if you miss this right turn at the Suzuki garage as if you keep going, you will eventually reach a major intersection where the D555 meets the D400. Turn right onto the D400. (By turning right at the Suzuki garage you are only cutting out a couple of km).The D400 takes you all the way to Kalkan, The next major landmark is the Gocek tunnel. Drive to the toll booth, pay your 11 TRY Keep on the D400, signposted for Fethiye, Kas and Antalya. Don't drive into Fethiye town – stay on the D400 and once you have passed Fethiye (on your right) you will eventually come to a major junction with traffic lights. Follow the sign for Kas and turn right – still the D400 As you are approaching Kalkan the road goes uphill and as you come over the top of a hill you will see Kalkan Bay with Mouse and Snake islands on your right, The road splits into a dual carriageway with palm trees in the middle - you will see a major junction with traffic lights and a petrol station on the right, Turn left up the hill at this junction. Go round a hairpin bend until you see a blue sign on a blue post “KAKTUS SOKAK” (only approx. 200 to 300 yards from hairpin) on your right hand side - turn right here Go down the slope and straight ahead for a few hundred metres.Take the left fork up a concrete slope (Blue sign “VATAN CADDESI”). Villa Sea Breeze will be on your left hand side.

Water for the machine is provided. Welcome pack (tea coffee milk sugar, cheese, eggs and bread) to save you the need to rush out when you first arrive. Molton Brown soap and lotion, mini shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bath robes, bath, pool and beach towels and beach bags (for the beach towels\ provided to be taken and used away from the Villa) Wifi throughout, Apple TV, Bose speaker in all rooms. Prices are inclusive of daily clean and bed linen and towels changed on day 7 of a two week holiday. (more regularly at a small charge if required) If you would like the pool heating to be turned on the cost is 100 per week - please let us know in advance so we can arrange for it to be put on before yo\ur arrival to give it time to heat up If you would like a chief to come and cook for a dinner party for you or a BBQ this can also be arranged. Please let us know and we will get you prices and menu choices. In the mid and high season this can be very popular so it is better to book in advance. Airport transfers and car hire can also be arranged for you.
