No parties allowed. 4. During Electricity Du Liban power cut, 10 Amps of Aux. Gen. Power are supplied for free. 5. 'EDL' free consumption is limited Twenty Five (25) kWh per day. Any Consumption above the total kWh allowed shall be charged at 0.20 cents per kWh. 6. A fee will be charged for unreturned keys or remotes.

Although Monte Maria building is located in an adequately serviced residential area and the apartment is situated on the 7th floor where, the guest can enjoy absolute tranquility and peacefulness, it is in just a stone throw away from all Three accesses to the highway or from the attractions, activities, restaurants & night life of Jounieh, Kaslik or the Maameltein.
Getting around
Being close to Jounieh down town (Apr. 1 Km away) Monte Maria building is very well serviced by all means of transport facilities, public or otherwise. For your excursions, or maybe your longer journeys, Uber is also available and operates widely in the area. Furthermore, the Eastern access to the highway is Apr. 2 minutes walk and the Maameltein promenade area, pubs and nightlife attractions are Apr. 15 min by foot. Grocery shops, mini markets and number of takeaway'(s) are close to the building and conveniently do home deliveries.
