Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with private rooftop. Breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean from the bedrooms and rooftop.

110 m2 living space in the apartment and 110m2 space on the rooftop.
2 bathrooms - 1 common and one attached to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a big corner window which offers amazing views on Le Morne, the mountains and the ocean and the pool as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Tea and coffee are also provided.
The rooftop is the most outstanding feature of the apartment. It has an outdoor living space with sofa set and dining table with 6 chairs.
There is a kitchen top with sink and outdoor electric plugs to plug in cookers, toasters, grills etc.

Highly Recommended!!! Amazing holiday at this beautiful apartment
My family and I spent 6 weeks in this modern and clean apartment. From the open plan living room, dining area, kitchen to the 2 double size bedrooms, gives you an idea of space and luxury. The third, ensuite master bedroom has stunning views overlooking the sea and mountains which are simply breathtaking.
This was the first view that greeted us every morning. Simply WoW...
All the rooms and the living area has air conditioning and with the space, it can easily accommodate a small group.
Upstairs - The view from the roof terrace is absolutely stunning & we spent many an hour just sitting there drinking wine & watching all the comings & goings on the very expensive yachts beside us.
The apartment is located in a very quiet block with the a wonderful swimming pool (cleaned daily and hardly anyone else used it) and guarded 24/7 so completely secured. Cascavelle shopping centre is only a few mins away, where there is a supermarket to stock up on supplies.
Owners are simply brilliant. From the time we landed to the time we left, they were always at hand to help whether it was for the flexible check in time, transport or food arrangement. We cannot speak enough to the quality of hospitality we have received.
Overall, this apartment was great value for money and a very good standard.
We highly recommend staying there and we are looking forward to going back next year.
Thanks guys for going above and beyond to make us feel at home.

It was a wonderful place for my holidays with husband and kids.
The swimming pool is beautiful. This appartment with its roof top is clean, confortable and safe.

Tres bel appartement neuf au suggar reef
Nous avons apprecie notre sejour dans ce bel appartement ,tout confort et de qualite irreprochable ,la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle de la terrasse toiture , de plus la residence est securisee 24h sur 24 avec gardien et la piscine grande et superbe ..nous reviendrons ....

Perfect condo for holidays in Mauritius!!
I had a pleasant experience at Amar's place. I had a minor hiccup in locating the space, but other than that everything went impeccably well! The space itself is beautiful, perfect for a group (or solo, as I had done)! It is depicted very accurately in the photos provided! A/C units were provided in each of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen for my comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped - wine bottle opener included(!) - which was nice, as I used it quite often! The main area of F&F can be reached 4 minutes by car, or by walking. Here you can find the supermarket, the beach, and some places to eat. Amenities include a pool on the main floor and a rooftop, which I was able to enjoy, with both the views of the mountain, as well as the waters - also included in photographs. There is also security onsite and parking is just outside. I found Amar and his colleague, Mrs Rakhee, to be extremely hospitable. As a host, Amar was very prompt in responding to any inquiries/requests and was extremely helpful. In the duration of my stay, there was also a cyclone warning, and Amar was great at communicating any precautions that needed to be taken in case of emergency, which I appreciated. Mrs Rakhee was very welcoming and hospitable and was readily available if I required anything. I even had the opportunity to enjoy some of her authentic Mauritian cooking - chicken curry to be exact. I would recommend it for future guests! Overall, an amazing value, great hosts, and a great place to stay in Flic en Flac! I would highly recommend this place as I felt really welcome and I really enjoyed my stay!

Perfect holiday place
Modern penthouse apartment with spectacular views from the roof top. Owner and cleaning staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean and tidy place. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of all amenities including the pool and rooftop. The rooftop is just ideal for a barbecue while enjoying the sunset. Location in a quiet and modern designed area above the town. The beach is just 2 minutes drive away. This place is a real gem and we enjoyed our stay. A great place that we highly recommend!

Fabulous place!
We liked everything from the moment of getting keys till check out.
Very cosy and nice apartment: well equipped and clean. Air conditioning is in every room. Two bathrooms. Amazing view from the main bedroom - town and ocean view. Apartment's terrace is a real diamond of this place!
There is a private pool on residential home territory. Also private car park is available.
Quite and nice location - not far from shopping centers and the beach but you will not be disturbed by any noise.

"Cascavelle shopping village" which opens 7 days a week till 19hr/ 21hr is located 2 minutes by car and branded shops, karting, kids playground, lots of food options, tax free shops, money changers, restaurants, banks, ATM, Monoprix supermarket and a resto night club ‘La Kaz’.
Casela nature park and Tamarina golf and spa are 3 to 10 mins drive away. Many diving centres at hotels as well as private ones, sunset cruises, big game fishing, catamaran cruises, speedboats, dolphin watching and swimming trips,etc..
Getting around
A car is recommended to get around the island but if you have to go down the beach or to the nearest shopping mall, the bus stop is just in front of the complex.
