Cancelamento e extorsão
Pessimo. Não é de confiança, uma vez que você faz uma reserva, paga o valor integral e depois recebe um aviso de cancelamento dizendo que se quiser continuar com a reserva o preço é muito maior. Querem explorar o cliente!!!! Não reservem nesta pousada. Aconteceu isto com minha filha.
