Lindo apartamento próximo à praia e ao centrinho turístico (50m de ambos) , acesso às piscinas naturais a pé, rua tranquila, garagens demarcadas, vista para uma mangueira com frutas para serem degustadas durante os meses da época. Churrasqueira com piscina ao lado, pé de caju doce !
*Ar condicionado com sensores que para funcionar , é necessário portas e janelas fechadas. Ao abrir a porta, o sistema é desarmado. Para ligar novamente é só acionar o botão ao lado da porta, que deverá estar fechada.
