My apartment is located close to the Olympic Park, 5 minutes walk, and the public transportation and taxis are on the same street, at the Avenue Coronel Pedro Correa. You are going to love the apartment because of neighborhood and natural lightening, always with the morning sun. Airy apartment and silently at night. It is highly suitable for couples, visitors, travelers and families with children who will enjoy the Summer Olympic Games. The building, with 2 years of age, is in perfect condition of its facilities and at one of the best Barra da Tijuca´s area. It has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, placed few steps away from Olympic Park and near to the Olympic Village (where the athletes are accommodated). The kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove with 4 gas burners, microwave and a laundry area with a washing and dry machine for clothes and a laundry tub, for a group of 4-6 adults. The apartment is fully equipped with new sheets, new towels and kitchenware for up to 6 people. It has 70m² with a balcony area of 10 m². The condominium offers pool, gym, recreation area, parking lot, party-room with gourmet kitchen, snooker room, playroom (for children), sauna and whirlpool. There is 24-hour security, closed circuit cameras and security guards, guaranteeing that is one of the safest condominiums in Barra da Tijuca. There is a shopping area next to the apartment with a bakery, Brazilian and Japanese food restaurant, newsstand, laundry Dry-Clean USA, pharmacy and petshop. UBER perfectly works in RJ and a taxi can be requested by mobile app. The BRT (Bus Rapid Transport) station is by the end of street, with a connection straight to International Airport.
