We are renting out on short term basis our spacious guest bedroom in our 3-bedroom, 140 m2 apartment located on the 9th floor downtown Copacabana just two blocks from the beach. The building is very secure with 24-hr doorman and video surveillance. The closest metro is just 5 minutes walk away.
The room is spacious and comes with a double bed, a sofa, AC and a fan, espresso machine, and some storage space. The guest will have a private bathroom and access to use our microwave, ref and utensils in the kitchen. We have wifi in the apartment.
The owners have two sweet beagles, and some birds kept in the laundry area.

Our building is located in the heart of Copacabana two blocks from the beach. It takes only some 15-20 minutes to walk to Ipanema.
Getting around
By foot, you can rent a bike, use Uber or 99 taxi or regular taxi. Metrô is fast and safe. Bus stops in front of our building.
