GOOD REVIEW
great apt, excellent location, short walk to copa and Ipanema beachs. excellent amenities including 3 flatscreen smart TV's and 2 desktop computers w/smart monitors. my only complaints are minor but worth mentioning. bed was great but linen extremely worn (both sets) and should be replaced w/new linen and English version of apt instructions should be available

Excellent location and comfortable
Everything on hand at this location - shops, bank, restaurants, beaches, transport links. Beds comfortable and generally quiet except one night when there was a party in the bar opposite. Kitchen functional though limited crockery and not all clean. Unfortunately the cable TV was not working and the caretaker had no idea so not able to see the Olympics on TV during the Rio Olympics. Always had a porter on the gate so felt very safe.

Comfortable with a can't beat location
We visited during the first week of the Olympics. Our games were out of the city in Deodoro and staying in this place kept us central to everything we need - access to transport, the beach, lagoon, shops and restaurants and some venues. The nightwatchmen were friendly and made us feel safe. Mauro, the manager was always there in if we needed anything and the renter was flexible with our checkin and checkout times.
The bedroom is perfect, and although the futons are there, they aren't super comfortable - but I did sleep on one for whole week with very little complaints.
I would definitely recommend.
