Excelente departamento!
Nuestro viaje fue desde el 28 de diciembre 2018 al 7 de enero 2019, en el departamento nos hospedamos 5 adultos y mi hija de 3 años, el departamento esta en excelentes condiciones y cubrió todas nuestras necesidades ademas de quedar a 2 cuadras de la playa si vuelvo a Rio volveré al departamento, mención aparte a Gabor quien es una gran persona y les ayudara en todo lo que necesiten, gran pasantia en Rio !

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa y zona comercial, nos recibieron con refrescos, las imagenes son tal cual se muestra.

Excellent location
The apartment was located in a central area of Copacabana and very close to the beach. The apartment was excellent for a group of up to 6 and in a very quiet area. We did not have any problems connecting to WiFi and the washer was a little difficult to understand, and did not know we were going to air dry our clothes....but that was overlooked. Trash location was difficult to locate so unfortunately we had to collect neatly in a back room.
The manager never did come and see us and that was unfortunate, because a lot of our questions could have been answered. We had issues with the coffee maker, water purifier, water temp of back bathroom and hair dryer. We all liked the apartment and communication with the manager prior to rental was excellent.

Un sueño hecho realidad
Espectacular. Lo repetiría mil veces. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la ubicación, excelente.Muy completo. Es como se lo describe . El Sr. Gabor siempre fue muy atento con nosotros y atendió todas nuestras necesidades o inquietudes al instante. Recorrimos esa hermosa ciudad y nos quedamos con ganas de quedarnos a vivir . La gente es muy sencilla y tranquila. Sin dudas, volveremos.

Todo estuvo genial. El departamento es hermoso, muy confortable, cerca de la playa, del metro y en una zona muy comercial. El departamento esta muy bien equipado, y funciona todo. Gabor nos estuvo esperando en la puerta y nos mostro en detalle todo el departamento. Sin duda volveria alquilarlo.

About the neighbourhood
"Posto 2", within lies the Duvivier street, is one of the best parts of Copacabana, quiet, though close to everything, the beach line, gurmet or popular restaurants, shopping, markets, basic services, plenty of space to stroll and see. The street is well secured, near several hotels, vertical parking lot, busy traffic arteries that bring you easily to and from Downtown or the farer districts of the South Zone, to where it belongs. The street is also fairly wooded, casting helpful shadows in the hottest parts of the day. There are three wide squares nearby, spotted with bars and restaurants of several kinds and tastes.
Getting around
Guests can just stroll by the streets and avenues, or get farer, taking a bus at the station on the Copacabana Ave., just around the corner, in direction of Downtown, the airports, Botafogo, Lapa and other interesting neighborhoods.
In the other direction you can take a bus on Barata Ribeiro street, just 2 blocks away, to reach all the other places and attractions of the Zona Sul: the Lagoon, mountains, beaches, the Botanic Garden and much more. The Arcoverde Metro (subway) station also lies about 4 blocks away, from where it is possible to reach all the city.
A car is not needed, though it is useful, according to the type of sightseeing your are planning to undertake.

How to get there
Rua (Street) Duvivier is one of the niciest in Low Copacabana (Posto 2), the 4th transversal arriving thru Tunnel Novo and Barata Ribeiro, but when you come by car or taxi, you must enter from the Atlantica Ave. to keep the right hand. The building is in the middle of the 2nd block, right side.
Public transport: There are bus stations in both diractions (to and from downtown) one block away; Arcoverde subway station is about two blocks away. There is an extensive bike lane along the beach shore for displacement and laisure. Just around the corner you find a vertical parking lot (garage building). Domestic and international airports (~10 km and ~24 km) are reached by special buses running along the sea line of Copacabana, South District (Zona Sul) and also by comprehensive taxi and Uber services. Visitors can reach all the main places of interest to see and enjoy within a circle of about 15 km from home.
